Rite Aid has been my go-to pharmacy since it was established on State Street. I have never been disappointed. The pharmacists have consistently been there for my questions especially when I was feeling vulnerable from my injury or malady. I love the beauty and health products. I feel lovely just walking through the selection. Every spring I look forward to their summer inventory for my garden and yard.

The head manager woman is Very Amazing and works extremely well with her customers! The price on the candy we bought rang up wrong and we told her it said a different price she didn’t argue not have the slightest bit of attitude and walked with us and checked her self and gave it to us for the price that was there! Thank you for being super woman and brig amazing definitely need more workers like you!

Picked up a couple of prescriptions yesterday. Got home and one plastic pill container had a large red x on one side and the top of the bottle had red marker lines on it. The seal was broken when I opened it.Not just a little accidentally broken seal but the foil seal was completely torn off. I called the next day and was told "we should be able to swap that out for you" I would not consider this a safe way to run a pharmacy. I'll be going elsewhere for my pharmacy needs. 11-18-23 update - Spoke to the pharmacist when doing my return and was told the red x means they had opened the bottle and it never should have been given to a customer.

We had made an appointment at another pharmacy to get COVID shots. When we got there they had no record of our appointment and did not offer any help. We called another Rite Aid and the associate invited us to come in and get our shot there. When we arrived they were extremely helpful and kind and we not only got our COVID vaccine,but a flu shot too!

The pharmacy is never open at posted hours. They never refill anything we put online, and do not answer their phones. Do not use this pharmacy.

All the low ratings are from before the new staff showed up. The new staff are hardworking, friendly, and are always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend going here!!!

Horrible customer service and hours. I recommend using a different pharmacy. The pharmacy at Fred Meyer on Franklin is close.

This pharmacy is a joke. They never fill prescriptions unless you literally go up to the counter and ask them. They don’t fill prescriptions if your doctor calls it in or if you order online. Their drive-thru is permanently closed I guess - no sign to let you know, though. They never answer phones. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

This has been my pharmacy for 20 years, but the last few years the service has become horrendous. Always long waits, random hours (closed on weekends?!), and often don’t have your medication on hand. After this last hour-long wait for one medication, when I got a similar medication in 10 minutes at a competitor (when discovered Rite Aid was closed for the weekend), I am switching pharmacies.

Pharmacy went from closing at nine to closing at eight now closing at six. Unless you call them immediately after your doctor gives you a prescription, they will not fill it. You cannot reach them on the phone at all. There is never enough people working the pharmacy.

Absolute joke of a pharmacy. I’ve always had a good experience with rite aid but this location sucks. Passive aggressive and ignorant pharmacists. Will never be returning. One of the pharmacists said on the phone with another location (because of course this one didn’t have my medication in stock), “oh yeah, it’s the infamous____” and said my medication name out loud. I was immediately shocked and ashamed. He should be removed immediately, but I will never be returning to this store.

For the last 5 months my prescriptions are never ready when I come in to pick them up. Even though they have been called in well in advance. I end up waiting another 15 - 20 minutes for them to fill them when I arrive.

They don't notify any more when refills are ready. They don't fill some prescriptions the doctor has contacted them to fill. Now saying that the doctor needs to email it in instead.Update: Now the app is working properly, and was able to order refills online, and also delivered. ?

Don’t think I’ve ever see someone walk up and get their prescription immediately without being prompted to wait 15-30 minutes. It’s like they don’t work or something. Completely unacceptable when I have to get life saving medication.
