Horrible customer service. I’m changing my pharmacy immediately. After my 4th visit, they informed me that they have been charging me sales price for my prescriptions, instead of verifying my insurance (I’ve had insurance this entire time).
I’ve had multiple negative interactions with one particular gentleman. My first visit I walked in, the pharmacist behind the counter did not acknowledge me - turns out he was leaving his shift but didn’t have the courtesy to address any more customers. Recently, I went through the drive through and was told to return in 15 mins (I was on break from work so couldn’t). I came back an hour later, and a the same pharmacist from my first visit had just gotten on shift, said “I just got here, give me an hour,” even though the previous pharmacist on shift would have already filled the script and had it ready. I explained this to him, and he repeated himself. I went back to pick up, and pharmacist charged my card and gave me 2 prescriptions (one that I’m not even taking anymore!). He didn’t verify which prescriptions I was picking up, and the employee put my credit card and ID in the paper bag without informing me. $20 and 3 weeks later I have replacements, but they should inform folks EVERYTIME they are putting their important cards into a paper bag. I called twice to ask if they had my ID, and they told me to look for it more and call them back (instead of checking to see if they had it behind the counter).
I went back today to pick up, the employee asked me for my information 2x to tell me I wasn’t in their system (even though I have been going there consistently for 2 months). They stated they didn’t have my insurance on file and needed to take down my information (all over again).
I didn’t receive kind and compassionate service like I am used to receiving. I’m shook that they were just charging me for all my medications rather than verifying my insurance. Worst pharmacy experience in recent years.

They don’t answer their phone , they don’t come to the drive up window when they are open ! I’m finding a new pharmacy this place is trash

Great no lines no wait. They seem to be out of a lot of stuff though. Shelves were not fully stocked especially the frozen section.

The pharmacy has staff that care. They always answer my questions about my meds and are knowledgeable. Staff is hardworking and friendly. They make an effort to get my meds done even if they are behind. Even with 2 technicians most of the time I can see that they do the jobs of 6 people if not more in one day. My patience is always appreciated as well as my understanding, it makes their day easier. They do the best they can and it counts. They worked with me on the price of my meds as I really needed them and had great suggestions to help me out. I appreciate all the hard work they do and they ALL deserve a raise. Will have my business for a long time. Thanks. Keep up the great work as your line of work isn’t appreciated enough.

Rite Aid has been my go-to pharmacy since it was established on State Street. I have never been disappointed. The pharmacists have consistently been there for my questions especially when I was feeling vulnerable from my injury or malady. I love the beauty and health products. I feel lovely just walking through the selection. Every spring I look forward to their summer inventory for my garden and yard.

The head manager woman is Very Amazing and works extremely well with her customers! The price on the candy we bought rang up wrong and we told her it said a different price she didn’t argue not have the slightest bit of attitude and walked with us and checked her self and gave it to us for the price that was there! Thank you for being super woman and brig amazing definitely need more workers like you!

Picked up a couple of prescriptions yesterday. Got home and one plastic pill container had a large red x on one side and the top of the bottle had red marker lines on it. The seal was broken when I opened it.Not just a little accidentally broken seal but the foil seal was completely torn off. I called the next day and was told "we should be able to swap that out for you" I would not consider this a safe way to run a pharmacy. I'll be going elsewhere for my pharmacy needs. 11-18-23 update - Spoke to the pharmacist when doing my return and was told the red x means they had opened the bottle and it never should have been given to a customer.

We had made an appointment at another pharmacy to get COVID shots. When we got there they had no record of our appointment and did not offer any help. We called another Rite Aid and the associate invited us to come in and get our shot there. When we arrived they were extremely helpful and kind and we not only got our COVID vaccine,but a flu shot too!

The pharmacy is never open at posted hours. They never refill anything we put online, and do not answer their phones. Do not use this pharmacy.

All the low ratings are from before the new staff showed up. The new staff are hardworking, friendly, and are always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend going here!!!

Horrible customer service and hours. I recommend using a different pharmacy. The pharmacy at Fred Meyer on Franklin is close.
