The wooden sign with the number of my spot somehow was pulled out of the ground. The wood sign was laying with one nail pointed straight up and the other was bent over. I considered pushing it back in the ground but the one nail needed to be straightened out or replaced and I had no tools to do that with. I stopped at the office and gave the wooden sign to the office person which that person seemed quite taken back that I didn't just put it back in the ground. I explained why and was met with a grimaced look. Republic Storage needs to do a better job of maintenance.

The man running the place is aggressive and threatening to the customers. I felt like he was going to assault me for following my friend through the gate. I wouldn't give this place a star at all.

I was purchasing a trailer there with a lady while sitting inside while my husband and her son went to get parts. our hitch stolen as well as the weight distribution hitch. WE WERE INSIDE TRAILER WITH CAR IN FRONT !!!!!my husband had to go up 15 minutes later to desk to see if someone turned it in. Where they said what brand oh someone did just turned something in. But my other hitch was gone. They didn't seem to concerned about theft while you are there and said oh were not responsible. DO NOT BRING ANYTHING OF VALUE HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I've been renting here for a year and I couldn't be happier. I've never had a problem, staff is always very nice and the prices are fantastic. I actually just upgraded from a 10x30 to a 12x40 for just $20 more a month. I always tell people about this place, can't beat their prices! A++
