We did and had an excellent experience. April and her team provided full, personal and personalized service, start to finish. Her guidance on updates (colors, links to recommended fixtures, vendors, craftsmen, etc) made our home shine and stand out. (April did not pressure us to make any updates - and she would have been happy to sell our home as-is - but she said, hey, here are some ideas, do some or all of them and the house would sell for more. Joyce kept us informed through text messages, e mails and phone calls as needed. Joyce went to great lengths to help the buyers. She represented us well and took the time to have two open house showings. Our buyers were the result of these open houses showings. Joyce even took the time to bake fresh cookies (in our home) for her guests! Nothing like potential buyers walking in with the smell of fresh baked cookies in the air!
