She is personable, easy to work with, has a great support team (yay to Angela). She was great at advising and assisting with negotiations once "the" home was found. She was a great help in identifying and recommending resources such as an outstanding home inspector, three references to chose from for local mortgage lenders (Dan & Prime Lending were awesome!), she and her team were actively and proactively engaged in all communications between the seller's realtor, the title company, the mortgage lender, the inspector, etc.). She exceeded our expectations in every way.
