This man quoted me at 1/5 the price of where I had previously gone (also a local place). I was looking to have some scratches covered and a dent taken out. Jay was communicative the entire time and was thorough. He happily obliged when I asked if we could paint correct another spot while he was addressing the main issue. When I went to pick up my car I couldn't believe how great of a job they had done. They even went above and beyond by fixing a couple other things we hadn't discussed originally. Could not recommend this place enough.

I’ve known Jay since we were little boys. There was ant a better paint or body man and n Idaho! They are honest, do excellent work and are very fair priced! There’s always a Porsche, BMW or Mercedes in their shop because they are the shop insurance companies want doing the work on luxury cars. I have always used them and wouldn’t consider taken my or my wife’s cars anywhere else!

Have had two separate accidents in two different cars and each time they worked with the estimate the other insurance company had given. This recent one I went to many other shops to have them say it would cost much more. Once I went back to Portner it was the same staff and same outcome. They fixed it and were incredibly friendly and willing to work with me and my schedule. I won't go anywhere else if I need body work done. THIS IS THE PLACE!

Recently I took my car to Portner Auto Body in Garden City idaho. Their rates were more than reasonable and their work was excellent.
