Great experience! Salesman, Caden, was helpful but not pushy. Patiently worked for nearly a year to find the right vehicle for my needs. Other staff were friendly and easy-going as well. I anticipate the same attentiveness and helpful attitude with any issues in the future.

I purchased a 2018 Lexus from Peterson Lexus on February 25, 2018. The sales person that assisted me was Caden Madairy. Caden showed me Lexus SUVs and sedans. He explained the features of both types. I test drove each type of Lexus. After the test drives, Caden and I discussed the performances of the vehicles. Caden answered all of my questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable of Lexus-es. I have also contacted Caden with questions about the vehicle I purchased. He has in answered my questions. I found Caden to be very helpful and responsive. I enjoyed dealing with him.. I will continue to use him as a resource of I have and questions with my Lexus. REVIEW FOR WORK DONE ON AUG. 31, 2024. I am very satisfied for the work done. The work was reviewed with me. The employees were very courteous and helpful.
