The sales staff was very rude. Nobody was interested in selling us a car. Must have hit quota for the month.

Madison W. is a phenomenal and very professional service advisor. She was very helpful and efficient in getting my 3-series serviced and out the door.

Sold our vehicle and sent cancellation forms and odometer to cancel the products we bought on 4/24/24. Nothing but excuses waiting for the refund. Told they didn’t have the odometer reading form which they did. Once we discussed they had it and it was July already I asked for them to expedite and nothing. Called today to see what’s up. Told the lady needs to cut check. Fed up I asked for the GMs contact. In return I got the sales manager leaving a message. This experience has been a joke. I’m in this kind of business. I know the process and this is not taking care of the customer.

I worked with Micah on getting my 2025 x5m Competition. They did not have one on the lot, but Micah went above and beyond to find me the right one in the spec that I wanted. The customer service was amazing, and I will definitely buy from Micah and Peterson BMW in the future !

Hands down the best customer service I have ever recieved with any service department. Ryan McCalla went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle I had just purchased checked out. Look forward to getting all of our future services done here.

Being at a morgue would’ve uplifted me more. Hardly anybody around, the little amount of people I saw disappeared rather quickly, no smiles or music or anything to make it happy, the guy at the parts department was rude, and I don’t like BMWs. My used one will be pampered elsewhere.

What truly defines a customer experience is how you are treated once you've already made a purchase. In this case, Peterson BMW has missed the mark. Until you can figure out consistent service levels, communication and customer service across the board perhaps it's best that out of state sales not take place. This has been an unnecessarily long and bad transaction.

My husband contacted dealership on cancelled services that warranted a refund and he spoke with a sales manager that said he would look into it as it’s been more than the 6-8 weeks. Said he would call back…. Crickets…. Called again to dealership left voicemail…. Crickets….. called again left voicemail……crickets. We must be very far down the line on call back or maybe hoping we would just go away???? Hope someone else doesn’t get this treatment. After this many weeks patience is wearing thin.

TL;DR
With the new larger Peterson BMW shop comes a big(ger) city way of doing business. Growth isn't always bad.
Time is money. Customer service pays the bills, not the actual car sale. Someone at Peterson BMW understands this, and the customer experience is night and day better than a year ago. A+

Car having issues. Called service dept. A human being answered immediately. Ryan wasn't condescending, rude, or made me feel like I was the problem. Snagged appt within the week. That was nice surprise #1.
Show up 10 minutes early. An employee sees me in the car and asks how he can help. I'm cool waiting in the car, but he says Madison is ready with my paperwork. Say what? No way, it's not even 8am yet there she is with paperwork ready to rock. Typing away while we make small talk she hops up to get the loaner as I grab a cup of pod coffee, and before I can put a lid on, Madison has my loaner outside the door. That was really nice surprise #2.
Throughout the day I receive text updates. The part is being overnighted, but these days "overnight" can mean 2 days so the service department asks if I'm okay driving the loaner until Monday. Refreshing nice surprise #3: not being yanked around and wasting my time, and being fully transparent.
So there ya go. My car is broken. It's being fixed. And I had a shockingly perfect car dealership experience at the new and improved Peterson BMW.

The appraisal department is stealing your money. They under value your car a lot (15-20k below other used car dealer like CarMax)

Bought a used Mustang there on May 20, 2024. Any policies they offer after the purchase of a vehicle with them do yourself a favor and READ READ READ!!! Look over your loan papers, they can add thousands more in services u dont need. i had an extra 6k added to the loan, one warrenty covers nearly nothing! BUYER BEWARE! DO YOUR REASERCH, COMPARE WITH OTHER LOCAL DEALERSHIPS!

Peterson’s BMW and everybody there makes you feel just completely welcomed and part of the family. Micah Is one of the most amazing salesman that we have ever had throughout our life purchasing vehicles. We have now purchased more than one vehicle from him and consider him a friend more than a salesman. He always make sure that the car is a perfect fit and the perfect car that we are looking for, instead of just trying to sell us anything that’s on the lot. You can ask for a better experience at a dealership and the excellent service did not stop there. When we got into finance and Selv was absolutely awesome. He made sure that we got the best interest rate that we could and above and beyond calling the bank to make sure that everything was just perfect. We couldn’t have made this purchase happen without the two of them! Then to beat all Ben came out and topped off the deal like no other with showing us how to set up our phones, keys and voice commands. The whole Peterson group they all go above and beyond to make you feel at home and like family. I would recommend Peterson‘s BMW to anybody and everybody that’s looking for a car!!

Terrible communication. I was working on purchasing a car over the weekend, and the sales person was very responsive over the weekend which was great, but as an out of state buyer it fell apart after that. I had to follow up multiple times for the offer. I was eventually countered with a price that I said I would accept. I was told they would run it by their manager. (not my offer, but one offered to me.) After a few follow up texts and calls I was told it was rejected and I counter offered. Again, followed up multiple times through call and text with no response to then finally get a response that the vehicle sold to someone else well after my offer and that they had no idea what happened. A complete joke.

The worst from sales to service, stay away. This dealership is an embarrassment to BMW and needs to step up its game. Bought a new car last year, terrible, service is terrible. Routine services are not up to par, the overall experience and attention to detail and service is non existent. I’d give zero stars if I could.
