Peppy was delightful to work with. They answered my questions, did the service promptly, kept a clean workspace, and did an overall solid job. Chase was friendly and competent. Luke and Rob helped me understand the process of installing minisplits. They installed 3 ceiling units in my basement and now we are toasty warm for winter.

Peppy Heating and Cooling is Amazing!!!While building our family dream home Rob Shephard was there from the very beginning.From concept to final it has been an absolute pleasure working with him and their entire crew.Every member was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.It's rare to have so many amazing people all helping to make someone's dream come true.I went with flushmount Mitsubishi Mini-Splits for each room and the WiFi Kumo for my high-tech home. They also installed a dehumidifer for our indoor pool, a few ERVs (Energy Recovery ventilator), 4 bathroom heater / exhaust fans, a conditioned crawl space, exhaust vents for my tankless gas heaters, gas piping around the entire home, Gas heater in garage, and my commercial grade kitchen hood. Each of these eight different installations was a tremendous experience!Not only was Rob in sales awesome, and all the workers great, but the owner Brett and their office manager Kim are also fantastic to work with. Kim was super prompt at getting me information and Brett is just the nicest and chill business owner I've met.I highly recommend Peppy for your next A/C and Heating Needs.Services: Installation

On-time, courteous and respectful, attentive to details, did excellent work, cleaned up completely when done. If I could give them six stars I would!When my old gas heating system developed a crack in the heat exchanger, I got six bids for a new all-electric, cold-climate heat pump system to take advantage of my solar credits. Peppy provided by far the most efficient and effective system bid for the cost, and were honest and responsive, from the office folks to the installers. Trevor did a great job on our full-system install. Once they were finished they made the space cleaner than what it was before they arrived, which was much appreciated! I worked with Alec on the quote and he was eager to work with me on price. He was determined to earn my business, but not overly aggressive, which was nice.

Exceeded expectations in every way. These guys were referred to me by my remodeling contractor. Not only did they work tirelessly to figure out the problems plaguing my furnace, but they helped me design a more efficient and far more comfortable ductless mini split setup for our additional square footage. They were responsive, professional, on time, and fair with their prices.Also, I recently referred them to my sister and their bid came in way better than the competition. I would recommend them to anyone.

My system was dripping condensation. Another HVAC company (Right Now HVAC) insisted it was shot for several reasons and was pushing hard to sell me a big new unit. I had Peppy out for a second opinion and they quickly found the only problem was that the condensation drain line had been blocked by landscaping dirt outside. Will definitely be calling Peppy first next time.

I have an old home from the 70s and just couldn’t take the swamp cooler in the summer any longer. It was the middle of the summer and I called peppy thinking they would be weeks to months out like the other companies I called. Robert came out right away to look everything over and give me a quote. He gave me 4 options being a budget friendly and top of the line options but all great options for my home. He was able to get me pre approved that day and scheduled his guys to come out that same Friday to install my new heat pump furnace/ac system. The install had some hiccups because of my old home but they got it all done in one day. (All the poor guys had to work past 6 on a Friday and still had an hour drive home as I live in horseshoe bend) they worked late and were so friendly and professional. I am so grateful and impressed with this company. I wish I had names of the 3 installers as well because they did amazing. Great company and will recommend them to everyone.

Had another great experience with Peppy! My AC went out early Monday morning and Peppy was out Monday afternoon to fix the problem. Juan was very professional and provided excellent service. He found the root of the problem, talked me through the issue, and installed the replacement part. I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of, like I normally do when I call for other home repair providers. Peppy is one of the best in town and I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.Service: A/C system repair

Out with the old. In with the new. Just had my HVAC system replaced after setting a record 33 years running. Peppy has been performing my maintenance for 5 years now and it was a logical next step to have them replace the system. Trevor and Junior were skillful, communicated well, and respectful of my space. Thanks for a job well done.

Very professional and polite staff. It was 103 degrees yesterday and my A/C stopped working. I called Peppy the next day and they were able to set an appointment up in the early afternoon. Alex the technician was on time and quickly found that the capacitor had failed. He had my A/C blowing cold air quickly. It was 100 degrees outside. Alex even wore booties over his boots when inside my home. I now have my new go-to HVAC company.

I have worked with Peppy in the construction industry and recently had them out to my house for a furnace/AC service. They always showed courtesy and integrity on the job site and did the same when they came to my home.Cody was the technician for my service. He called when he was on his way and showed up at the time scheduled. He was clean and thorough and explained what he found and what my options were.Highly recommend!
