Can't speak for walk in or daytime phone staff but graveyard staff could really use improvement with information/knowledge about the facility and it's services, as well as professionalism, people calling shouldn't feel patronized or left on hold for lengths of time

The staff here are very compassionate and get you the help you need. The reason the 3 stars, is that Pathways will ask for insurance cards if needing a higher level of care to get you the help you need. Pathways Crisis Center keeps these insurance card information and bills your insurance for the care at Pathways without your consent or knowledge. Every doctor's office or medical facility I've been to has you sign consents about billing insurance. This is supposed to be a free community facility. I assume it's a grant based or non-profit facility. So, if you give your insurance information for getting a higher level of care just know Pathways will bill your insurance for Pathways services over $300 but won't pay for a taxi back home if unable to get a higher level of care. If you go additional times, again Pathways Crisis center still holds onto insurance information from previous admissions and will bill insurance without knowledge/consent.

The security at this place has gone to the birds since Signal 88 fired the graveyard Security guy (Earl) for then changing his W-2 forms without his knowledge and he said his mind, so IAN fired him

Utter useless and most likely an insurance scam. They passed me around to their Pathways company, only to be handed over and over from client to client despite never meeting them, it took 5 months to FINALLY meet someone in person, and while they promised my request of getting a professional, instead i got a cluely person freah out of college that struggled doing the most basic things, when i have to teach ur employees regularly how to do their job, ur pathetic, when i have to wait over 5 months for psychological trauma treatment, ur useless, possibly worse than Better Help of Idaho. Im sure they enjoyed billing my insurance for the months of no work they did. Like the other said, they pass you along like a cheap hooker, they never cared.

This is a fantastic service for anyone who needs a little help to get started on their road to recovery from Drugs, or mental health. Their counselors are fantastic. Pathways has a nurse on site who can assist with withdrawls or other medical needs. This is a great place to reach out to if you need a safe place to lay your head at night. If you need help, reach out, their are plenty of resources in our community to get you out of whatever you need help from.

Do NOT trust them with your mental health. They will pass you on like a cheap hooker and keep passing you around until you break. They are untrained, uninformed and do not help. The information given out regularly is incorrect and they will take away your rights to voluntarily receive help. Whatever you do, do not trust them with your health.
