Can't speak for walk in or daytime phone staff but graveyard staff could really use improvement with information/knowledge about the facility and it's services, as well as professionalism, people calling shouldn't feel patronized or left on hold for lengths of time

The security at this place has gone to the birds since Signal 88 fired the graveyard Security guy (Earl) for then changing his W-2 forms without his knowledge and he said his mind, so IAN fired him

Pathways Community Crisis Center of Southwest Idaho (PCCCSI) is a community organization, created to help people who are having a mental health crisis or a drug or alcohol problem. We have a well-trained staff that includes nurses, clinicians, case managers, and peer support specialists. The center is free, safe, private, and voluntary.
