  Quite pleased with everything though I have discovered a few minor problems I wish I’d seen before submitting the move-in inspection list.Dan and Parklane however did an exceptional job and I have already recommended them to other apartment seekers. Great service.

  This is the second time leasing with Parklane and there was an issue with the unit we put a deposit on. Dan Hill was amazing in helping us find another unit in the interim.   I just moved into the apartment complex and I had a great experience with the property manager Dan. I filled out the application, it was approved with in just a few minutes. Dan answered any questions and or concerns that I had in a very timely manner. He is friendly and easy to talk too.
