Park Pointe Management Services has been a great resource for our volunteer HOA Board for a large condominium association. They have demonstrated the knowledge, skills, and abilities to facilitate productive meetings, obtain bids, schedule vendors, conduct inspections, and effectively communicate with association members. The best part has been having Patrick White as our community manager. He is calm, cool, and collected and provides positive support in adversarial situations, fostering a smooth transition through any controversy. It is comforting to know that he is there for us. We just could not do it without Patrick and PPMS.

As a board member I truly appreciate the support of Park Pointe and especially our community manager Patrick White. He is efficient in helping us to focus on the issues that are important to our community as a whole. He has helped us through some tough issues as a board and has guided us through several projects. He does a great job managing our vendors and serving as first point of contact for vendors and our membership. I truly rely on the guidance of Patrick and Park Pointe. Park Pointe's accounting system is very easy to follow and navigate as well.

My wife and I live in Waterside HOA which is within the River Run Community in Boise, Idaho. We've owned our home since 2013 and had 3 previous Property Managment companies before Waterside decided to contract with Park Pointe. It has only been 1 year since the change and since my wife Brenda Breidinger is on the Waterside Board of Directors, she has had to make the transition to PPMS. Brenda believes that the transition has been smooth and the PPMS staff member, Misty who is our assigned representative has been very helpful and responsive. We hope to continue our partnership for the long term.

Patrick is our HOA point person and he is incredible! Quick to respond and handle our issues. Very knowledgeable of HOA matters and really easy to work with.

As a HOA board member I am so pleased with PPMS. Working with our manager Patrick White has been a great gift to our HOA. Suggestions for needed services, response to our needs, keeping the board informed, etc. has been the greatest! Boards and management companies have to work together for a successful HOA!

As a board member for our subdivision, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Park Pointe Management Services, and I can’t speak highly enough of Patrick White, who handles our account. Patrick is a true asset—he consistently manages resident requests in a timely and professional manner and helps keep our community looking its best. His responsiveness and attention to detail make the job of the board so much easier, especially when it comes to organizing meetings and addressing any community concerns. We’re grateful to have him on our team, and I highly recommend Park Pointe for their exceptional service!

Terrible management company. I highly recommend researching your community’s property management company before purchasing a home. Had we done so, we would likely not have bought where we did.

Park Point is very unprofessional in my estimation. The manner in which you are initially greeted is lacking in point of contact maturity and professionalism. I was aghast at the condition of the
Staff for its distracting attire and ignorance of procedures. It was not a place I would choose for representation.

they are crooks- they keep your hoa fees if you pay a little early-- and then they are no longer the hoa company- instead of transferring it to the new company. I would not even give one star ,but it is required to to get this to post, I would give it zero stars!!
