“I placed an order a couple days ago. First off, the bouquet was beautiful, happy wife, happy life. If I had to make a critique the only thing I wish they'd do is acknowledge the receipt of the order and that it would be delivered on the day promised. I didn't hear anything once I placed the order, and I had to call them in the late morning to ensure they received the order and were filling it to be delivered. Otherwise, no issues and I'll definitely use them again.”

Abby was very helpful to us in picking out four plants on our first visit. We needed to get more plants for our backyard and Connie helped us with ten more plants/shrubs on our 2nd visit. Both ladies were so patient and gave us great feed back on our selection. We were so impressed with the quality and prices. Bean was the cashier and gave excellent service. “Since I moved to Boise over 20 years ago, I have been amazed with Zamzows as a place to get all of my living things and their accessories. Their plants have great variety, price and health and even moreso their pet department takes the greatest care of the animals while they await their new homes. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I have had many snakes, pet rats, ferrets, parakeets, and fish from Zamzows and found them all to be way healthier and more socialized than the pets that I have purchased at other stores.Jared at the State street location has been one of my all time favorite staff members. His passion and knowledge of the animals is inspiring and contagious. I more recently decided to get a more sophisticated bird than the parakeets I have cared for. His honesty and experience with birds gave me the confidence that I was making the best choice in my new adventure. It allowed me to know I was being careful not to get into more bird than I could handle but the right bird for my desires and skill level. It is very apparent that his top priority is ensuring the humans and animals find the union that is best suited for both of their wellbeing. I could not have been happier with the bird I chose and valued his suggestions and tips even after I got her.As a teenager my family owned a small pet food and supply store in a small town. The amount of care and learning I put into the products left me feeling a bit saddened by most other stores I have been to since. Although it is a larger company with several locations in the valley, it seems they put great focus on ensuring that their staff maintains the "local" small town store service with exceptional training. Their prices are competitive with the larger chain stores, but their products are fresher and often with healthier selections to choose from.”

“I have to give some huge kudos to the folks who work in this store especially in the paint Dept. We are having to get our house ready to go on the market on 8/5. I needed interior paint (25 gallons). The store in Nampa only had 7 gallons of what I needed so I called these folks and they took GREAT care of me. They were kind enough to pull the base color and have everything ready to go when I got there so all that needed to be done was to mix and pay. Tom and Theresa especially were awesome. Even when 3 out of the 5 refused to open they kept going until they managed to get it done. I would also like to say "Thank you" to Joe for loading my car.”

“I placed an urgent order for tiles online through homedepot.com, opting for overnight delivery and paying the additional delivery fee. However, I received an email notifying me of a day's delay in the delivery schedule. Upon delivery, only 18 pieces of tile were brought instead of the 18 cases I had paid for. I had the delivery on my surveillance cameras as proof. My attempts to resolve this over the phone with homedepot.com were met with frustration as I was put on hold and eventually transferred to an office that was closed for the day. Seeking resolution, I visited the Eagle Home Depot, only to find out that they couldn't credit me for the missing tiles and advised me to contact homedepot.com for reimbursement. This situation highlighted the clear distinction between homedepot.com and physical Home Depot stores. To ensure my tile installation could proceed as planned, I repurchased and picked up the missing tiles in Meridian where more were located, initiating a two-day ordeal spent communicating on the phone with homedepot.com. It was only after finally being transferred to the Boise Home Depot that I found relief. Steve Snead, whose assistance was invaluable, stepped in to resolve the issue. Steve's dedication, problem-solving skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout our interaction. He remained on the line with me, diligently coordinating with homedepot.com until the matter was satisfactorily resolved. Prior to encountering Steve's exemplary service, I was left dissatisfied and disillusioned with Home Depot, questioning any future big-ticket purchases from the company. However, Steve's exceptional handling of the situation has completely changed my perspective. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond have reinstated my confidence in Home Depot. Steve's outstanding assistance has not only resolved my immediate issue but has also restored my trust in the company.
