Used the dog self wash pet spa and had a great experience! I was worried about parking downtown but was glad to find they’re located right next door to a parking garage entrance so it was super convenient. The staff are very knowledgeable and kind, and their freeze dried treat and food selection is immense. Great store!

Katie is awesome. This is the only place in town that carries the raw food I give my girls. Always enjoy seeing Molly, Sophie and Sadie and Trixie when she's there.

Best place in town! We ended up in Boise due to a pet emergency. The owner has been so helpful suggesting food for our pups and accommodating all our pets’ needs. She’s a wealth of information and very caring and compassionate!

Great pet store in the heart of downtown! We got some kitty toys there that our adult kids' cats absolutely loved (insert shredded), so we went back for some refills. Great store and friendly owner!

This place feels like the vet with how knowledgeable the staff is! They have a natural cure for everything and truly care about each ingredient in their products. They’re intentional, have the highest quality foods/treats/supplements and truly care about your pets, following up with you each time you come in. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

The nice guy at the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. We gave our dogs baths at the DIY station too, and that was a good experience.

I highly recommend this store. After being treated like garbage on multiple occasions at a certain small, local chain of pet stores that shall not be named, I finally gave up trying to get decent customer service there and tried Molly's. Molly's has a better selection of products than this other chain, much more knowledge about canine nutrition, AND they deliver! Molly's location is not convenient to me, but it's still worth it to shop there for the customer service and quality of products. Now that I know what food is working for my dogs, I just have them deliver it and can go in-person for one-off speciality items.

Wonderful and quick service, the self serve dog wash is awesome here with heated dryers, brushes, combs, and raised basins to wash your dogs!

Molly's is absolutely wonderful. When we moved, I saw that they stocked the food our dog uses for cheaper than any online site I have located to date. At the time, they generally carried one bag at a time of the very specific food my dog uses, not ideal for a large pup who eats a lot... I asked if they could stock two bags at a time since it's easier for me to make bigger purchases. They have happily done so ever since, and two bags show up on my porch like clockwork within a day or so of placing the order. Great customer service. Thanks Molly's

Best pet store. They are so knowledgeable on all the products and happy to answer any questions. They have a "kibble program" ( I don't know what they actually call it), where after buying a certain amount of bags of kibble, your next bag is free? or $5 off... I can't remember which. But that's always a nice surprise, to get a discount, when you're not expecting it. They have the absolute cutest array of pet toys. Love this store!

The gentleman who works here (is the owner?) is so knowledgeable, so helpful, and so generous with his time. He is passionate about helping our animal family. I’m so grateful I found this pet food market. Highly recommend!!
