“Nick was a tremendous help!! I walked in and told him exactly what I needed and why I needed it. We talked through some options/offers I had on my account, nitially decided on a phone he didn’t have in stock(no big deal), I just got the next step up for a couple extra dollars a month.
He got my new phone squared away and managed to help a couple other customers(all while my phone was transferring data).
I highly recommend this store and having Nick help. Great experience!”

“To start I have been with Verizon for over 16 years. After today’s experience, I am beyond thankful for the team member they have. Christina was so patient, Understanding, And most of all kind. I went to get a new iPad for work, She ended up making my bill cheaper each month while also providing me a new phone with the new iPad. I also ended up getting the Verizon home WiFi. This was a 10 outta 10 experience. Her customer service was phenomenal, She was not pushy in anyway. I’m glad I stopped by she ended up saving me a lot of money each month. The process took about 3 hours because of a few hiccups in the setup, but I felt perfectly comfortable waiting. Their customer service was fantastic. She took the time to break down our specific plan so we would see exactly what we would be getting for each different scenario, she made us super comfortable with swtiching our plan. This store just felt better than the rest, we didn't feel ganged up on by a bunch of hovering employees, there were no surprises when it came time to pay, the transfer of phones was super smooth. Definitely by far, the best in store experience we have ever had with tmobile. We will be coming here every time now. I will say it helps to do your research before you go to the store so you know what you want and what benefits you get depending on what you go with.”
“We recently visited a Verizon Store to update our plan and switch to the new iPhone 16 Pro Max. While the process was long and a bit frustrating, the staff made it much easier to manage. They were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, which really helped as we navigated the options for our plan and chose the best setup for our needs. Even though we spent more time there than we’d anticipated, the staff made sure everything was handled correctly, from setting up our phones to answering all our questions. We appreciated their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile, especially considering how complex switching plans and updating phones can be. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we’re thrilled with our new iPhones and plan. If you need help with a similar upgrade, this store is a solid choice with a great team.”

“I initially stopped in this store on 5/28/24 and asked how to get a phone number that I wanted or how to have a say in creating a new phone number for a brand-new small business phone. Anicia took the reins in assisting me with the best answer anyone could give. For technical reasons, my question was complex to answer. Anicia showed me the various phone number lists of T-Mobile numbers up for grabs and how they are arranged in the T-Mobile system on one of her dealers' smart-devices. In short, Anicia showed me WHY there were limitations on the options I had and what number lists I could pick from. I went home that evening to think things through.
I came back on June 2 to activate my new iPhone, and Anicia's supervisor helped me, as Anicia was out on her lunch. However, Anicia returned to the store while I was getting my account set up and helped finish the rest of my business account set-up. In short, at this store I was able to choose an Eagle, ID phone number with Idaho's original 208 area code for my business account. To me, this was a satisfactory outcome. There were plenty of aspects about my phone activation that were complex and technical, but the staff at this store worked with me, answered my questions, and did the leg work to activate my new iPhone.”
“Ashley❤️❤️? the manager at the Fairview/ Milwaukee location!! She was AMAZING ? my son had locked his phone with a pattern lock and after it was taken away for awhile, he forgot the unlock. You Have to factory reset if this happens and despite the phone putting up a fight(Motorola) Ashley won and got us back in? Super fun to chat with while we attempted to reset and update. I Absolutely recommend this location and will be back again. THANK YOU ASHLEY, you made my day ?”

“My friend broke her phone last night so we had to go get a new one today and we went to the MetroPCS off State Street and had James as our customer service agent and he was amazing!! “We have been T-Mobile customers for over 20yrs. We have lived in several different states throughout that time and my experience today absolutely floored me. Everyone at this particular location was friendly and attentive. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in and welcomed. Our wait time wasn't long at all despite it being very busy. My replacement phone arrived and Meli made the exchange painless, I feel like the older I get the less patience I have and she did everything for me and did not once seem distracted or irritated which was my previous experience with many other locations. I'm definitely going to be only going to this location in the future. Thank you Meli for being so patient and helpful to this cranky old lady today. In case I need to mention it was the Boise, Idaho Federal Way location.”
