“Nick was a tremendous help!! I walked in and told him exactly what I needed and why I needed it. We talked through some options/offers I had on my account, nitially decided on a phone he didn’t have in stock(no big deal), I just got the next step up for a couple extra dollars a month.
He got my new phone squared away and managed to help a couple other customers(all while my phone was transferring data).
I highly recommend this store and having Nick help. Great experience!”

Little did I know, all I had to do was go down to my closest Verizon and have a nice soul like Jeremiah help me out! Man was extremely helpful and conversed with me the whole time he fixed my problem! Give the man a raise!!!!!”
“To start I have been with Verizon for over 16 years. After today’s experience, I am beyond thankful for the team member they have. Christina was so patient, Understanding, And most of all kind. I went to get a new iPad for work, She ended up making my bill cheaper each month while also providing me a new phone with the new iPad. I also ended up getting the Verizon home WiFi. This was a 10 outta 10 experience. Her customer service was phenomenal, She was not pushy in anyway. I’m glad I stopped by she ended up saving me a lot of money each month. “Martin and Mikey were absolutely amazing! I went in for a SIM issue and ended up upgrading my phone instead. The process took about 3 hours because of a few hiccups in the setup, but I felt perfectly comfortable waiting. Their customer service was fantastic. They were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, which really helped as we navigated the options for our plan and chose the best setup for our needs.
