We ordered an icemaker from this company, we wanted ice cubes, not slush. We received an ice cube maker that makes slush. Because the ice cube maker had already been installed, They will not replace it with what we wanted. Not only did We not get what we wanted, we were charged over $1000 more for the slush machine. Beware , They only want to sell you their most expensive products, at least that was the impression I got from the woman that helped us

Because zero stars is not an option! This site is the supervisor to the site where I purchased my appliances. The Supervisor of the contact I have, who has been completely unresponsive in regard to an overcharge from January of this year, called and said I would be called back the next day. He did not call back. Despite many calls from me, I have still had no call back and they still owe me several thousand dollars. My contact acknowledged the overcharge but they have not issued a refund.

Best place to buy home appliances. Huge selection of all brands of home appliances. The staff was fantastic, from selection to install. Went in thinking zub-zero/wolf which my kitchen designer recommend. Left with an entire Thermador kitchen. Couldn't be more thrilled with thevlook and function of my ne beautiful kitchen.

Mountainland corporate should be embarressed about the service coming out of this location. I did business with Mountainland in Salt Lake City for a decade before relocating to McCall. There not enough words to explain how many ways Boise screwed up. Dan you need to clean house up here or just close this office. What an embarrassment. I've always preferred you to Ferguson but I'm going to give them my business next time around.

Our kitchen designer recommended MLD, and we could not be more disappointed in our experience. We showed up mid-afternoon ready to purchase appliances for a kitchen remodel. The sales associate we were assigned to reluctantly offered to help us, as apparently there was something more important on his phone. After looking at all the options, he said he would work up precise pricing and estimated timelines, as when these appliances would be available was a major consideration. He said he would email us, as the process would take about 30 minutes. Not only did he not get back to us, but has not responded to an email from us. When we called today to check in, three days after we first showed up, we got a different associate, who said he was up to speed, but followed up with a completely different brand that we talked about....with no estimated timelines. Suffice it to say we will not be going back to MLD or recommending them to anyone looking for appliances.
