Mister Car Wash provides exterior clean services and self-service vacuum stations with strong suction, including compressed air hoses. The business offers an Unlimited Wash Club membership plan, though some customers find the monthly subscription expensive if they do not visit frequently, opting instead for individual base wash purchases. Locations are available nationwide, with on-site team members noted for being nice and providing good customer service. Reviews indicate the wash experience can be inconsistent. While some customers are generally satisfied, others report issues with drying, noting that dryers often leave vehicles wet or with water spots, and that towels are not provided at vacuum stations. The quality of rinsing, especially for tires and bug-covered front ends, is sometimes criticized as insufficient. A few customers mention that automated brushes can occasionally bend side mirrors and may cause scratches, though some acknowledge this can be a risk with any automated car wash. The availability of free vacuums is consistently highlighted as a major plus. However, experiences can vary significantly between different locations, with some specific branches perceived as better or worse than others in terms of equipment and attention to detail during the wash process.
Love their washes, employees are friendly, vacuums work great!

I would remove my truck antenna before going again. It got bent by the rolling brushes. But the wash and wax was great.

We moved out of boise and Broadway is the closest car wash for us. Have a 4 runner and back hatch is always left dirty and wet. Their dryers need improved as well. No towels at vacuum stations like Metro did. Please make improvements to Broadway location!
