I had been experiencing some issues with my membership, and I was having trouble receiving contact from a few of the locations, but when i called the Fairview location, Katie picked up and was immediately super friendly. Even though i didn’t get a membership through her specifically, she was quick to help resolve the issue and made sure i got a refund. Her kindness and ability to directly help me with my situation stood out to me.

The staff are very friendly and they were accommodating to my vehicles wash needs! I have no complaints about my membership here and plan to continue being a member for years to come!

26 dollars for a car wash and then was asked if I would like to leave a tip which was 5 dollars wtf they don't do anything to deserve a tip literally not even needed there

My initial experience with pointing out damage to my car resulted in being gaslit by the manager who was trying her best to convince me that the paint chip damage was normal wear and tear. She said that they could look on the cameras (which eventually they did) but I don’t know what they’re expecting to see when the damage is tiny paint chips all over the front end and hood of my car, and tiny chips all over the windshield.
Upon discovering extensive damage to my windshield as I was driving during sunset, I called and they told me to come in and file a claim. Lo and behold, that claim was denied and Mister Car denies that they caused the damage. This is very obviously not normal wear and tear, my vehicle looks like it was sandblasted.
I cancelled my membership upon my first interaction with the manager, Kate, after she insisted that the damage wasn’t from the car wash. It had only renewed two days prior and she cancelled it without even considering giving me a refund and then told me that the refund wasn’t possible because she cancelled it too quickly. The VERY LEAST that could have been done is a refund for the month. Instead they offered me free car wash coupons, seriously?
I’ve only had this car for three and a half months and I’m heartbroken that it’s now in this condition. The only thing that could truly resolve this is replacing my windshield but a full refund for the entire month that I paid for and didn’t use the car was would be a start.
Y’all have my info, my claim, and now my bad review. Do we really need to go as far as getting lawyers involved? I hope not.
