I pay for unlimited data on my 5G phone and my 5G data has been lagging very bad for over a month now and occasionally my data connection will shut off for up to 15 seconds. I've also been having an ongoing issue with RCS that still hasn't been resolved. I'm not sure what's going on but y'all need to get your shit together or me and my family are switching carriers. You guys have been good to me and my family for service for well over 5 years and now y'all are not so good. Please fix this ASAP.

The only store in town that answers their phones. Great service friendly ladies. Best store in town in my opinion. The orchard store is nothing compared to this one. I recommend going to this store for any of your needs. Regina and harminda will help you in a quick and very friendly way

Today, 06/24/2023(Saturday) We went in to get new phones and cell plans for my folks. Betsy was the one working and who helped us and she was an absolute delight and total Rockstar! 100/10 for WAAAAY above bar customer service. Get that woman a raise ASAP! I'm totally serious folks. She absolutely deserves a big jump in pay for how stellar she is.

All I got to say is watch out, they charged me an extra bill that's more than the original Bill 2 days after i paid my bill and it overdrew my bank account, they didn't reimburse me for their mess up 4 months in a row, and customer service sucks????.
