The rental charges were very affordable. The suit coats and vest were absolutely beautiful and comfortable, so much that multiple guys would have liked to purchase. “I bought a bike from Al’s recently at a great price and they did all the custom adjustments for my new bike for free!I took my bike in months later with gear clicking issues and a ruined seat from a crash and Domo also took care of my bike then as well!Highly recommend Al's sporting goods for any of your outdoor Idahoian gear needs! “What a great location. We visited on 5/16/24 and I would say this is absolutely the best visit if you're looking for pop culture merch, especially anime. This is a standard all Hot Topics should aim for. The store was clean and very well kept along with kind and courteous staff. Tiffany was so awesome, she helped me find this One Piece piece paper theater that I've been looking for a long time and I was very stoked to be able to find it. She happened to notice another One Piece item I was buying and suggested it. I wish I happened to get the other associates name that was working there at ~2 because they were great and checked the stock room for us twice with a smile. If you find yourself in the Boise mall, make sure you check it out!”

“Wow! So here's the story.Bought a cleaning kit because my solid whites got a single scuff on the top of them. Mind you that I bought these shoes just about a year ago (pretty proud of that). Upon the cleaning and drying I noticed this horrible yellow stain begin to emerge out of nowhere on both kicks. Once fully dried, it stuck. Both whites were ruined! But...Called the store to complain about the product and how upset I was and the sales rep said "Man, im so sorry. Bring those in and well damage them out for you since it was our product that did that to them. What's the name I can put on the fresh new pair for pick up?" What? When is the last time you have had that level of customer service? Been a while in todays day and age for me and I'm in my 40's.Thanks Vans and well done, guy who Im not naming in case he might get in trouble for this awesomeness (sad that I even have to say that). Fan for life!”

Julie, (who appeared to be a supervisor and was helping out at the service counter near the front entrance during the remodel) accessed the computer system to find my transaction at the Kohl's in Oregon for my original purchase and facilitated the exchange & refund. “I went in to get some shoes for my little cousins cause I'm missing out on their birthdays while I'm away for college, and both of the ladies on staff were super awesome and helpful, they were the manager and the co I think they said. I knew my coudins sizes which was nice, but I wasn't sure exactly what to get, so the staff helped me pick out a nice style for each of them that's been popular and they were super friendly. I gave some ideas of what my little cousins are loving altely, ones a boy and ones a girl, and they had some awesome recommendations and were just super friendly and happy to help.
