I fell on the black ice…should’ve known better. I went to the urgent care on park center in Boise. After examining me they called a muscle relaxer in to Medsync. The prescription was ready by the time I got there.Returned in less than a week with Covid. Had a med to pick up. They are great.

They are amazing. I had to get quite a few medications for something I have never been through before, and the lady that helped me was super awesome. I was overwhelmed and she calmed me down and saved me a bit of money by running my insurance card. I was super pleased with the process and will definitely be using them again.

We started with Med sync few months ago and was happy with them. As time passed meds, we were not having any copay. But that all changed, and they stared adding $10 here and $10 there for our mads, when we asked, they told us being that it was so cheap or that they did not make any money that they were going to charge the extra to cover their money. Well, if they are selling and it set up by the ins. Companys then why should they raise the price to us they are the ones that set it up to get what they get and should not be up charging it as they call it. The one that made us change to someone else was when they tried to charge me for a worker's comp meds that is 100% COVERED BY WORKES COMP.to the tune of $37.88. All they would say was we can send all your meds to some other pharmacy, which was fine with me. So, we told them with whom we would be using and guess what to date they have not sent them. this was on 11/20/2023 and it now 11/27/2023. They knew I was out of the meds that they were charging me for wrongfully and I need two of them to live, I have not had them, and my docs is gone till tomorrow. I have felt like crap for over a week but am ok for now. I am doing this review to let people know just how Med sync dose things, and to say keep a eye on what you are paying them I don't like seeing hard working people get ripped off by anyone. I am going to turn this matter over to the BBB to see what they can do.

MedSync started out great; they were able to access a hard to get medication regularly. On my third or fourth refill, when I picked up my medication, I was told that I would be required to pay and additional amount 'out of pocket', beyond my agreed insurance copay. They said that they cannot afford to honor my insurance copay without me paying additionally out of pocket. I paid the additional cost because it is a medication I need to have. I was also told that if I don't want to pay the extra amount in the future I can switch to another pharmacy that is larger as they won't have to request more than the agreed upon copay. Prior to the next refill I called MedSync to move my prescription and was told that I would have to have the other pharmacy call them to 'take' the prescription. I've move prescriptions in the past with other pharmacies and this was never required. I would make the request to the pharmacy that had my Rx and they would move it. When I called Walgreens pharmacy and requested them to call MedSync they also thought that was unusual.

My only meager complaint with Medsync Pharmacy is the fact that they are not open on the weekends. However, a little forward planning works around this.Every member of the staff I have dealt with in person or over the phone have been outstanding.Very reliable. Very personable.

Unfortunately, I waited until my current pharmacy imploded, before calling Medsync today. I couldn't believe the Pharmacist actually answered the phone!! Ryan was extremely friendly, patient with my questions about "compounding", and very professional. I'm excited to transfer all my scripts to Medsync! Thank you so much, Ryan!!

This is how a pharmacy, or any business, should be run. The staff is enormously helpful and very friendly, I have yet to call and not speak to someone who was not helpful. We drive all the way from Eagle to buy from this beautiful small business.
