“Was given a boot at my family doctor after rupturing my Achilles earlier this year and spent a good chunk of time in it. Received the bill a little while later and made small payments as I was able to. Was finally in a position financially to pay it off in full, so called today and was helped by Lucinda AKA Lucy.
