Worst Maverick store I've ever been too. Coffee station is always a wreck, items are always out and when you ask them if they have anymore lids for coffee cups, they act like you are inconveniencing them. Ironic since this is a convenient store. I'm sorry that I can't use your self check out to purchase cigarettes, but don't act like I just created you a problem by having to have you ring up my items. That's your job!! Your manager, Amanda, is rude and has no place working with customers. I live next to this store, but I'm so over being treated horribly, that I'll drive the extra distance to the Extra Mile up the road.

In most cases, I would call and speak with a manager. Give my feedback in hopes of improvement. In this case, Amanda is the problem.Gives the customer attitude and when it's time to deal with customer, puts them second to go talk with friends.I don't have time for this. Not convenient.Rest of the staff were fine and did their best.Plenty of other places to get fuel.EDITAfter giving it more thought:If you, (Amanda), gave as much compassion, that you gave that child, in the parking lot, to your customers, I believe it would be returned to you. You might truly feel joy and find passion for your job. I don't know you, or your struggles, but for all of us, find what is that matters to you and do well in it. You matter! Please, let us matter to you. ?

Great store. It's pretty busy but the employees are nice and the store is well-stocked.

While most of my visits to this location are good today was bad. The AP showed a free item so I grabbed one and took to the register. It didn’t take it off so the cashier asked the manager Amanda and all she did was walk up and say you got the wrong one. I pointed out that I had what matched the picture and all she did was rudely look at the produce and said I had the wrong size. No where in the advertisement did it say a size. The cashier had told her if it’s not free I didn’t want it and when she just stood there I again explained that if it’s not free I wanted to return it. She then rudely said just hang on. I guess she was upset because when she was called to the front to help a CUSTOMER and she was in the middle of filling her coffee and had to stop and come assist I was a bother to her. Please understand that if your company advertising is t specific we as CUSTOMERS are just doing our best and there is no reason to be rude. Take care of us we are the reason you have a job and a paycheck.

I enjoy stopping by on my way to work and picking up a coffee at this location. The house blend is delicious! Also, the breakfast burritos are actually pretty darn good. I tried one today and I was surprised at how good it was. They make a fresh batch early in the morning, around 7am, and if you grab one of the fresh ones you’ll have a pretty good breakfast.

The employees are kind and work hard to make it a nice place. I have been coming here for 8 months or so now and have no reason to stop. It’s clean, the drinks are cold, and there is plenty of parking.

I am a regular customer at this Maverik in Boise, Idaho. Whenever I come into the store, I always see the Assistant Manager getting touchy with customers, flirting with customers, lacking in customer service, and disappearing many times during her "shifts." As a manager at my own store, this is clearly unacceptable behavior from staff, ESPECIALLY when they are in a leads position. Leads are supposed to be setting an example for the other staff. When a lead normalizes this behavior, it leaves the rest of the staff in a really bad position and gives them the impression that the lead gets away with these actions. It makes staff think this is "okay."I have seen the rest of this location's staff absolutely busy, the line stretching across the floor, and Christina (Assistant Manager) disappears and is nowhere to be seen until after the rush dies down. This is unacceptable considering leads are supposed to be helping and guiding processes to go more smooth. I know there are new faces there that may need help that only someone in a leadership position can provide. I have also seen Christina getting fondled inappropriately as well as having inappropriate conversations with customers during her shift, IN FRONT of other customers/staff. I am not an employee at a Maverik but, that kind of thing is absolutely not okay. Period.I've had some personal issues when I hear her telling staff she is "on the clock" but when myself or others have asked for assistance, she says that she is NOT on the clock... In customer service, I am under the impression that whether you're on the clock or not, you help customers... It's also none of the customer's business to know whether an employee is on the clock or not.Myself and other customers have brought this to the General Manager's attention and it seems that nothing is being done about it. Christina's behavior is not changing, in fact, I'm in the parking lot now and Christina has disappeared yet again. I have asked staff members' opinions and multiple of them are not okay with this because that's not how a lead should lead and they know that they would lose their job if they behaved the same way as Christina. This is inconvenient, not professional, and quite frankly... annoying. This is not how a company should be run.

The sign by the bonfire specifically states till 7pm. Was there at 6pm and nothing in sight. Why advertise something you can’t provide?

I would like to first thank the staff at the Maverick Five Mile and Farview store. I am a regular customer who has been coming to this location for some time now. The staff here is an amazing group. Dedicated to making customer service second to none. Always professional and kind. The store is well ran and always clean. That starts with the amazing crew. The Assistant Manager Christina who has showed nothing but professionalism each and everytime I visit. Her hard work and dedication shows. Melinda who is always working hard at whatever is asked of her and does it with a smile on her face. I will continue to go there for these reasons.
