WARNING... Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!Saturday I called to book an appointment, and unfortunately Sat was all booked, but Sunday 10am was available... which I booked.I showed up 15 min early, only to find out they cancelled my appointment without notifying me. Why... they still can't tell me. After being on hold for an 40+ min, they are saying I called to cancelled it. (why would I cancel an appointment I just made and showed up to it??). When I did show up, all the girls could say was "I'm sorry".Sorry for cancelling my appt. Sorry for wasting my time. As I called to talk to a manager, of course, no one available (and still hasn't called me back). What pissed me off is I could have gone somewhere else at 2pm... but this one was early am which worked better. Afterwards, I called the 2pm appt back - filled, argh...I called back to talked to the central booking CS manager, and after a lengthy call they told me they'd call me back; still, no reply.I just hung up with the central bookings and they told me it was me who cancelled the appt. But after being on hold for 20 min. and with some really bad on-hold acid-trippin' music, I told the girl to replay my booking call, which she did, and confirmed, it wasn't me that cancelled it. Did they offer to make good on any of this... no. Offer anything but a stupid... I'm sorry, no!Unbelievable. I come from a world of "Do what you say and say what you do!". If you screw up, own it and make amends. Now they have really wasted my time; an hour driving to and from the appt, and over an hour on the phone to try to resolve this. And it's still, its not resolved.My advice... plenty of non-corporate massage therapist in town here, call someone else!!!!

I canceled my membership In October of 2023. After several phone calls, emails, and confirmation on the store level that my card was off file and my membership was cancelled message Envy Boise North location drafted 288.00 from my account in January of 2024. The manager was dismissive, and uncooperative. Ultimately refusing a refund. I can’t even get a response from corporate office. DO NOT TRUST THIS FRANCHISE.

this company takes on way more clientele than they can accommodate. I have waited months to use one single credit for a massage. I now have accumulated over seven credits that I cannot use or ever seem to get an appointment for. I have been canceled on same day several times. However, I had a family emergency come up one time and they made me pay for half of the appointment.Trying to cancel your contract is ridiculously hard, you either have to have a doctors note or a change of address where there is not a massage envy within 25 miles of your home. This place could have a lot more compassion. In this day and age, everything is so expensive, and I really hate seeing companies taking advantage of people and their hard earned money. It would be nice if they would offer to freeze your account whilst still being able to use your credits while the account is frozen so that you can catch up.
