The older lady at the checkout stand, ( I should have got her name ) was absolutely sweet, kind, wonderful and super helpful. She had the best attitude of a checkout person I've seen in a very long time. You need to give her a raise. I believe she had grayish blonde hair. She was wonderful ?I was there February 3rd around 4:00 p.m. give her a raise!!!!

Lori in appliances was amazing at finding deals in my budget and was incredibly patient, helpful, and friendly while I stewed over options and changed my mind over and over. Great service ?

I LOVE this Lowes! Everyone is so friendly, especially towards someone who obviously had no idea what I was doing and what I was looking for. I talked with several associates and they were all super friendly and helpful. I needed some wood pieces for my child's class project and not only did Corey help me find the perfect pieces, he also generously offered to cut them up for me and helped me pick out the right saw for smaller cuts. Corey worked with me for probably 30 minutes and patiently answered all of my questions, explained different products to me, and helped me pick out the perfect materials. The lady who helped me checkout was wonderful as well! The experience was absolutely delightful and I'd encourage anyone to check out this Lowes for home improvement stuff. I know I'll make the drive out to this location next time I need stuff. ?

I always buy my appliances here so when I needed to replace a microwave from a set I just purchased 3 years ago I went straight here… they can see I bought a warranty originally but can’t say which one ?… the new microwave was a special order and I had to keep calling to find out if it was in, finally I find out it was in a week earlier.. when I got it home and opened to install the next weekend , I find the back mounting hardware was missing. There solution was for me to bring the whole thing back and order another one… pathetic excuse of customer service imo for a regular customer… although that shouldn’t matter. I ended up doing their job and called Samsung myself.

Bought $300 worth of. Mas lights that worked in spots and not others. They won't refund any xmas items... and are snotty about telling you about. Doesn't matter when they were bought or if you used them. Very frustrating.

This Lowes is pretty good. Friendly for the most part and will help with your questions. I know help is hard to get sometimes, so you might experience occasional suspect service. I have had them deliver 5 times with 3 really, really good experiences. One of them went far beyond what needed to be done and tipped well for doing so, but had to reduce a star because one delivery never made it and was not even told they were not coming until I called at 7pm wondering when they were getting to my house. I took the day off work, so I wasn't very happy to wait all day for nothing. After that, I stopped taking the day off and relied on their 20-minute courtesy call to drive home until they didn't. They showed up and called me to let me know I needed to reschedule because I was not there(nobody called when they were on their way). I'm less than 5 minutes away. I would make sure in the comments you tell them to call you when they are at the stop before or risk either taking a full day off or doing the drive-by call.

Management is not interested in doing the job he was hired to do. I will travel out of my way to shop somewhere else, definitely won't be trading with Lowes overland store. Corporate doesn't seem to be up on what is going on with their stores.

Boise Overland Rd store is definitely the best Lowe's in this area.Always greeted or acknowledged by employees in this store. Associates Jeff, Brenda & Jessi were very courteous & helpful.Shopping here made me wish I lived back on this side of town again - - this Lowe's store truly knows what great customer service is about!

Josh and Steve in the kitchen section on the overland and cole store, was some of the best customer service I've ever had at any location. Not only did they go above and beyond to answer my questions, and took me around to all the products, really explaining the details of every option. So knowledgeable and helpful. I'll be back to this location just for them.

This review is based on customer service alone. A few days prior I was shopping. I left my wallet not knowing. I discovered my missing wallet the next day trying to recall all where I had shopped. Today my Attorney called me to let me know they received a call from Lowes telling them they had my wallet. Thank You Lowes

Jeanette Sorger was an awesome sales rep. After we had an issue with a delivery not being made, she made sure a new delivery was scheduled for the next day (despite there being no open slots for one) and ensured the delivery company knew about the issue so they didn’t run into it again with the follow up delivery. Superb and excellent customer service.
