Lowe's usually has good service in store, but their ordering online has re-created a lot of problems. I was shopping for Father's Day, estimated delivery the Friday before Father's Day, tracking showed that the item was at the store being prepared for pick up on Friday, but it never arrived at the store. This is probably a FedEx issue but a reflex bad on Lowe's, especially since I readsimilar situations by other customers who have ordered online.

Met Owen the trainee on day two of his job today. He went out of his way to help me find the proper size pine nuggets and then help me load one giant cart with 20 bags and then loaded another 10 bags and met me in parking lot. Great friendly service. Nice job. People like Owen are the reason I go to Lowe’s.

Employees scattered like roachs when I had to chase around the store to get help. When I yelled at one running away he said it wasn't his job to help customers and to ask someone else when the store is empty. I eventually just slid under the locked gate and helped myself. What an embarrassment.

I go to Lowe's for all my home improvement needs. They also love military members, so that is a nice bonus.

I usually have no issues at this location, much better than other similar stores ... If I do have an issue they're always quick to fix and/or assist.. my tomato plants didn't make, but I think it was my fault, all the other plants have been great!!!

Customer service guy that was an air force veteran and lead cashier was a total jacka$$. Cocky and rude. Should not be a lead anything and should be removed from customer service. Can’t do his job and can’t judge damaged from okay. It’s alright, I found it at the store next door for 1/3’rd the price. Will not be returning to Lowe’s ever again.

The absolute WORST customer service in existence. I ordered on the 18th- talked to the manufacturer today and was told they shipped on the 19th. Order was set to arrive on the 22nd and I was told it was delayed until the 29th. Took another day off work to get this remodel done for an elderly disabled man who is unable to use his bathroom. 8pm on the 29th and I’m told it won’t be u til the next day. I take ANOTHER day off and call to see if they can give me an estimated time. They just say “sometime today.” So I call corporate and they said noon. It’s now 1 and they say they still don’t have it. Come on guys, get your act together!

Sarah in customer service/returns is a rock star! Despite being slammed with customers, she is patient, kind, and very eager to help.
I am always impressed with the service at Lowe's, and today was no different. Great job!

Sarah was a young and enthusiastic employee who was super helpful and fun. Not only did she have amazing energy she was certainly one cool cat. I hope this review meets her as she certainly deserves the recognition. This hippie deserves a raise!!

Found what we were looking for. Gardening area very spread out. Saturday kids build was in the middle on the main isle, which makes it hard for someone with walking disability to get around. Friendly cashier.
