Booked an appt. online for a polish change, when I arrived they didn't have enough time for a gel polish change ( not an option when booking) they offered me an appt. the next day but I really needed them done today . Left with ugly half polish missing nails. Not apologetic at all.

I went here to Lovely Nails for a pedicure. Now, days later, my toes still look great because Wanda did an absolutely fabulous job! One of the best ever! I'm not sure if I will return though because of the atmosphere. The place had bright pink walls, two huge TVs blaring at the same time, on different channels. Add four conversations and it was super noisy! not a restful experience!

Couldn't recommend this place enough. This is the only nail salon where I can book with any of their nail techs and have confidence that I'll leave loving my nails - and I can say that because I've seen almost, if not, all of them. I recently started going to Susie regularly and her work is always *chefs kiss*. The people, the environment and the product that this place offers is simply unmatched. I've lived in 3 states in the last 3 years and this is the best nail salon I could recommend to date, by a landslide!

I’ve gone to Evelyn for a gel pedi and now Ellen to fix my acrylic manicure. Both girls have been AMAZING. I did get another gal for a pedi as well and just can’t remember her name, but same, great job. I would like more of a massage and the phone to be answered more often but at least my feet and hands have not chipped or anything, and grow out has been seamless. Plus the girls are real, know the trends and do quality work. Nice place close to home;)

I’ve been going to Karin do my nails for a year and a half. She is the best. My gel manicure lasts at minimum 3 weeks. The online booking system is so convenient for seeing availability and booking appointments.

I love this nail saloon , the ladies are very friendly , the shop has an amazing atmosphere, and a clean shop. Very welcoming. I love Ellen she is amazing at her job and as a person.

Worst place ever! Rude and bad service.If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Everything about my mani/pedi was awful... for starters, the woman who was doing it was completely rude - she kept pulling in my arm and huffing because I was talking to my friend who I was with. My nails looked awful from the get-go not to mention, they started chipping the next day.
