I am beyond impressed with these guys. I really am. I was in and out of here in around two hours. Impressive.I came in with a level head. No unreasonable math. The math has to work in both favors. You can not expect to have no money down and a $300 car payment. It's not going to happen. Everything is expensive these days. Your math has to math. With that said, we did hit a few snags with my trade in amount but after some civil back and forth, we were able to meet pretty close to what I was hoping to get.My sales guy was Brian. He was nice. He listened and took me on a test drive of my bronco. We talked for a bit, I had all my information ready and I let them know I was a serious buyer.Gene in finance was also nice. He was not pushy. He was not condescending. I have been around the ring a few times with the last sales guy, the finance manager but Gene was nice. I did purchase the Ford Premium plan. It was just a nice peace of mind to add 7 years/70k miles.Again, super impressed. They were not scummy. They were very chill and easy going. Not your typical car salesman. I will admit, I was on the fence about a Ford as I had a bad experience with an older Ford many years ago. But I pulled the trigger and am pretty pleased with it.

Used Quick Lane for oil change and tire rotation.. in and out in less than 45 minutes. Great service. Only complaint would be they never wipe off my truck's skid plate and it leaks oil on my driveway when I get home.

I had no problems at all. A nice change from the way customer service has been at most businesses since COVID19!!My service advisor, Teddy, was polite, efficient and straight forward. The waiting area was also clean and comfortable. Kudos to all involved.

Right from the initial contact via an automotive aggregator, the Lithia team was professional and transparent through the process. The comfort they provided given that I was buying the car out of state, gave me assurances that they have experience in dealing with customers across the country. Service person -Allen was not available when I dropped my car off. Requested it have an oil change while it was in the shop. I received a call telling me my car was ready. When I got there the only thing completed was the recall, not the oil change. I was told to “just run it over to quick lane they don’t look very busy.” Not at all the typical Ford service I am used to. Thank you to Dustin at quick lane! They did an awesome job taking care of my car. I will however chose another dealership if I need any further recalls, etc, taken care of. Lithia is NOT the only dealership in the valley.

I called Kyle in service. He was able to get my vehicle in the very same day. That was great. They were able to do the repairs that was great didn’t exactly fix the problem but that’s not their fault a couple of little things. I don’t know if they don’t have valets, but I had to go search for my car in the parking lot I asked for the parts in writing, and did not get them back. The mechanic said he threw them away. I sent a text to the Service writer during working hours. He said he didn’t get it. So he didn’t tell the mechanic to save the parts He did see where I sent it to him, but he said it was at 5:20 in the afternoon they’re closing time is 6 o’clock.

I was having trouble with my transmission, had already paid $1300 at another company. I took it to lithia, was told that it would be 2-3 weeks before they could even check it out. I was also told that the problem with my car meant that I would have to wait another 3-4 weeks before they could repair it. Then it was going to cost $1300. I got my car back in 3 weeks & that were able to get the expired warranty to cover it. Yes it took longer than I expected but it didn't cost me a thing. Tonya was wonderful. I would definitely go back. Thank you Tonya & all the mechanics that worked on my car

We purchased our Lincoln here. We have had a check engine light come on and we too it into be looked at. Service department said they had to order parts and would call to schedule to be fixed, however it’s been 3 months and we have called left multiple messages no one will call us back and now we are having issues with the starter due to the original peoples not being fixed. We are extremely disappointed. Definitely wish the service was as good as the sales department is.

Kim is absolutely amazing! She went above & beyond in so many ways. She set me up with everything I needed & did it so quickly, as she knew I was headed out on a road trip. The process was easy. My salesman’s Ben was and is great to work with. Everyone else there was too. They addressed all concerns and questions, and promptly. Gave me a great deal, best I could find in town. Definitely will return for my next Ford purchase.

I just wanted to share my review of the awesome people here at Lithia Ford! Salesman Steven Kent in particular was amazing! He gave me very great service and no pressure sales. Highly recommend him! Sales Manager Shannon, and Finance Manager Brian are also great people! I'm very much enjoying my 2007 Mustang GT that I purchased. Excellent customer service! Would absolutely buy another car here!

I went to Lithia to check out a truck I looked at on the internet in person. As I looked at the truck an extermely polite and professional employee named Cristobal came to me and asked soon basic questions without being pushy at all. I really can't stand when a salesman is pushy. That will almost turn me of a sale right away. Instead Cristobal simply asked if I wanted to drive it. It was definitely the kind of truck I was looking for and I feel in love. If it wasn't for Cristobal's and his great service I may have not bought the truck that day and missed a great truck at a great price. Thank you all so much for getting me into this great truck and thank you Cristobal for helping me out and not pressuring me. To me that is a great salesman.
