Awful service department. From the receptionist who seemed inconvenienced to transfer the call to the advisor who clearly doesn't like his job. For the amount of money they're getting for new trucks, you'd think a little professionalism could be expected. Do not recommend!

DO NOT buy a vehicle from Lithia Ford! We bought a used car from them that they supposedly went through and was in great condition. In less than 2 months my son was stranded in the high school parking lot with a check engine light on and a dead car. It took me over 10 calls to Lithia to actually talk to someone and then they told me the only thing they would do for us is a free diagnostic test and it could take a week to do that! We bought a used car from a dealership instead of a personal sale because we thought they would be more trustworthy and stand behind their vehicles. Lithia Ford is NOT that kind of dealership and has more than proven it.

We’ve done business with Lithia for both of our cars . The salesman Muki goes above and beyond to deliver the best customer service . I highly recommend working with Muki for your next car buying experience. Most friendly individual we’ve met and is never pushy .

I had a very amazing experience with Miki in sales. He gave me great service and I did not feel pressured at all when making my purchase. He was very patient and respectful to me throughout the entire process and made my experience 10 times better. Would definitely buy from him again!!

Skylar got me in and out quickly for my cars service. He explained everything on the service report and ordered new wipers for me. When they arrived he called so I could stop by and have them installed. He made me feel very appreciated as a customer. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Bought a 2024 Ford Ranger Lariat FX4 today. Brian in sales was fantastic in helping me find the right one. Brian in finance did a great job closing the deal. Honest, transparent, and very respectful the whole way through. Great experience all around and I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Recently purchased a Ford Maverick from Lithia Ford. The process was very painless. There was almost no haggling. The salesperson Steffan was very patient and supportive. I have purchased more than one vehicle from Lithia Ford and the sales process has always been pretty smooth (and I have had several awful dealer experiences).
