Vacuums suck

I've been coming here 2-3 times a month for the last 10 years. Spending on average 20 dollars a visit. No more, they raised the prices with the new ownership. We're all feeling this economy. However, water and power cost did not double like your prices have.
EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE:
When ownership changed, you increased the price for the self-service bays. I typically spend 30 minutes washing my truck. And then 15 vacuuming. (As often as 3 times a month) Under your ownership, the cost to do that has doubled. Make it cost effect for people who like to detail their car (maybe a membership for self-service bay use), and you'll continue to get my money. Cheers.

A dollar a minute for a self wash is outrageous. Six dollars wasn’t enough to get the bugs off. Never again.

I witnessed an unfortunate incident at the State Street location where the General Manager was being rude to a customer. Not just this time, but I have seen him do the same things multiple times before. The customer was cleaning her car using the vacuum and towel provided by the car wash, and the GM yelled at her in front of everyone, embarrassing her. He demanded that she pay to use the facilities and then allowed her to continue cleaning. The customer explained that she was already a member of Nampa and didn't want to pay again, but the GM continued to yell, asking her to leave and not come back. I believe that such behavior is unacceptable for a GM and may be the reason why they don't have many customers.

This place is close to my home so I went to wash my car there in the port I put $3 in to start the hose when it ended I went to put in another $3 and the hose didn't come on it beeped flashing for another $3 there was no coin return button and it would not turn back on so anyways office was locked I talked to staff at the drive in section and they were not very concerned and did nothing about the issue I won't be going to this place again. I don't appreciate being ripped off by the machine and not being helped here.

Great facility right off of State street! $3 to start self wash bays or 3 tokens. Buy 10 tokens for $10. 10/10 recommend!

Great price for a good wash and having fresh towels to dry off is a nice bonus and the vacuum being included with a wash is also very nice
