I just got a car wash at Metro Express Car Wash on State Street. It is now my NEW FAVORITE car wash!I've been meaning to try them as they are so close to my house. I arrived about 8:30am and enjoyed their $3.99 EARLY BIRD special! Every place else is a minimum of $10.00 these days, so it's a fantastic deal!The staff person was so welcoming, friendly, polite, informative and helpful. And they didn't ask for a tip! I say that because at another car wash I have frequented for years, they are very upfront about asking for a tip when you are making payment. And while there are team members there, it is a self-serve facility.The other thing I love about this place is they provide actual towels-microfiber and bottles of cleaning fluid, and unlimited vacuum time. The "other place" doesn't even provide wipes anymore.So, go here for your car wash-and get there before 9am and you get the BEST deal in town!

Great facility and a great price. I have to park my rig outside under trees, so I use the wash several times a week. Always quick and efficient!! Also, vacuum and cleaning area is well set up.

I like the convenience of Metro Express (I have two of them close to where I live). The service is always great and friendly and the car wash does a good job. I also like that they added an area with towels and window spray so you can clean up your windows.The thing that is holding me back from a 5 star review is their pricing practices. I first signed up for the monthly unlimited car washes a few years ago. New ownership bought all of the locations and immediately increased prices about 25%. I canceled and about a month later, the electronic sign advertised the same price I had had before. So I re-joined. Then the same thing happened about a couple of months ago but this time the price increase was more than double - from $14.99 to $29.99. I learned when I wen to cancel that they were upselling me to the deluxe subscription but the entry subscription had increased to $19.99/month. Again, I canceled and again a few weeks later the electronic signage advertised the $14.99/month so I've joined again. I was told the price is good for a year so some time in July 2024, I'm sure I'll be canceling again when they up the price again.Services: Auto detailing

Great customer service and an easy place to get your car washed. We had traveled on the Salt Lake flats and the car was caked in salt. Merissa told me to run through again before I even had a chance to see if it got all the salt. After the second go The free vacuums are a nice touch.

Great experience - especially love the fact that their machines don't ask you if you'd like to leave a tip - that's so uncomfortable when an employee is standing there waiting for you to respond, like another car wash in town I won't mention. I'll definitely be washing my car at Metro from now on!

We have memberships on all three of of cars. We've always been happy with the car wash. The new vacuums at the downtown car wash are amazing! Most importantly, though, the employees are always friendly and helpful. I recently needed a copy of pictures of my vehicle for a matter unrelated to the car wash. Ryan worked very hard to make sure I received copies of the photos I needed. I feel he went above and beyond good customer service!

Best car wash in the Treasure Valley. They have a friendly crew. Plus they have towels for cleaning/drying, air, and vacuums all for no extra charge. The Overland Rd location also offers interior detailing and oil changes.

I love like new car wash it is inspired me to open up a auto detail company that is mobile for first responders and most people that work 10 hours or more. I wash my car at like new car wash about 25 days out of the month so it only felt right shot out like new car wash.

We happened by and they were offering free car washes as part of their grand reopening. The employee who greeted us was friendly and we’re glad we gave it a try! The wash did an amazing job and the vacuums are super powerful. They had plenty of clean, damp rags for drying. Our favorite part was the mirror that helped you get on the track easily. Brilliant! We will be back!
