I had a return/exchange problem with a top purchased at another store in another state, and did not have the receipt. Julie, (who appeared to be a supervisor and was helping out at the service counter near the front entrance during the remodel) accessed the computer system to find my transaction at the Kohl's in Oregon for my original purchase and facilitated the exchange & refund. She was understanding, courteous, helpful, and made my difficult transactions work. MANY THANKS!

I was at Kohl’s yesterday, doing a Amazon return and getting a 20% off coupon I shopped the store understandably my first check out was a product that was excluded from the coupon so I went to the dog section and picked out few things with the help of the cashier which was so nice and the cashier forgot to ring up one item as well as scan my 20% off coupon so when she called for a manager to come help her, a woman came by and asked if she can help and told me that I would have to go to customer service 1”and to do the return and then re-ring them up to apply the 20% off coupon not looking at , the items that I had or the receipt so when I went to the customer service section and waited in line, the girl told me as soon as she looked at the receipt that I had that all of my items were also excluded from the coupon, but she called anyways, and I explained that manager told me that I could apply the coupon no problem and come to customer service. The manager was super understanding and explain to me and the associate that items were excluded from the coupon and The woman that I talk to was actually not a manager, but as associate. At that point, I was sad because I had three transactions that I could not use the 20% off coupon with and was about to walk away when the manager decided to just give me $5 off for my troubles and gave me back my coupon which I could use on something else. That was more than what I’ve would’ve gotten off if I did use the coupon. That made my day. He was so kind and the customer service girl was so sweet, that little generosity made my day. Thank you

I had a terrible experience using my Kohl's charge card. The cashier made an error in not completing the transaction when I immediately tried to pay it off with my debit card. A month later I get a full balance due bill in the mail. I call customer service. That guy spoke broken English and couldn't understand what I tried to explain. He just kept telling me I can make a payment over the phone. I don't have a budget for this now as I thought I already paid it. Luckily they allow small payments towards the balance. When I have completed it I wil be throwing away the charge card and never shopping at Kohl's again. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.
