Poor work environment. Upper management usage of foul word at employees just show the quality you will get.

Another homeowner here to complain about Knife River’s inability to stick anywhere close to their completion date. My daily commute has been interrupted for months because of these guys. I wish government didn’t just go with the cheapest bid. Ridiculous.

They were able to get us concrete when no one else we called could! They were great to work with too!

If I could I would rate 0 stars. They have extended the star road and cherry lane. Three fricking times. For the entirety of the first 3 months the only thing they did was pile up dirt and grave for there project. The procieded to extend the date by 3 more months and there supposed finishing date has passed and the road is not done yet. If I was a manager I would RIP the employees doing nothing on the project new ones. this is unacceptable for a city hired company. I would advise not hiring this company for doing roadwork anytime in the future. From a very enraged person effected heavily by the road closure.

Pathetic that it's taken them >5 months w/ multiple delays to wrap up the Star/Cherry intersection. I'd like to say it'd be nice if they kept their expected finish date updated on the road blocks (just to know for certain if they're gone or not without driving down half the road), but I'm getting the feeling the expected finish is "whenever we get around to it" so cest la vie. If I could give the city of Nampa a 1 star on Google for giving them this job I would, but I'm not sure I can so here we are.

It's not bad enough they are taking FOREVER to get the Maple Grove job done! Couple weeks ago one of the large trucks drove aggressively in front of the school when the kids were out. And then today, I got stuck behind one of their trucks at Maple Grove and Victory light; just about missed the light because one of their drivers weren't paying attention. On their phone... rude. Another total fail, do better...

We poured stem walls this morning trying to get in before the rain. Dispatch worked with us and we got a truck quickly and with our favorite driver, Kevin, we got er done. Kevin just knows, so when he comes out just go with the flow and we did. All Thanks to Knife River.

Your drivers need a serious reminder on appropriate driving behaviors in residential neighborhoods. All day long several different drivers have been driving 30-40mph down my street where there are several children playing all day long. Very careless and disrespectful to our neighborhood.

This company fails to meet deadlines on road construction projects that are costing homeowners major inconvenience by blocking access out of their communities. They are creating huge traffic problems costing people hundreds of hours of lost time and fuel. They are building the roundabout at Star road and Cherry that was supposed to be done by May 1st and now because of poor planning and a lack of communication with city and county they have pushed the complete date to June 30th. Totally unacceptable! The county commissioners need to stop doing business with this company that costs thousands of dollars to homeowners and taxpayers!
