Although a customer for 12 years, after being a victim of an illegal fund transfer, the resultant loss of funds in a computer fraud incident and their lack of responsiveness in resolving the issue, I caution others NOT to bank with them. The staff is very courteous but they communicate poorly with customers when it is needed most. I will be sad to leave off banking with them as I enjoyed my relationship with them in the past.

I had to come here before regular business hours to use the ATM. It was well lit and very easy to use. I do wish that they could have some measures in place to help prevent skimmers, but I think the machine was safe. I tried to tug on the card slot and nothing wiggled or flexed. I do wish that you didn't have to get out of your truck to use the ATM.

They do a lot of bate and switch nonsense with their promos…After jumping through all their hoops to set up a direct deposit and then having to ensure said deposit was a certain amount and all that I was promised $200…(Even tho they have an in branch promo for $250 and I saw another for $450) They claim my account went negative during the “waiting period” which I specifically said I didn’t want my account to be ABLE to go negative…Don’t fall for their crap…I’ve been very happy with Mountain America. I’ll never step foot in a Key Bank again…

The endless saga with Key Bank continues. After switching banks for the 2nd PPP loan, US Bank was able to process our loan in a little over one week, whereas Keybank still after 6 weeks had no idea what the status is. In addition, we try to get the first loan forgiven and are working with this bank now since over 2 month. No answer, feedback on the status / next step to get the loan forgiven other than "it's complicated". If you are a business don't rely on this bank ! Besides endless hours to deal with them you may end up in financial distress due to their inability to handle your loans.

Never rely on this bank if you are a business. While other banks pay out PPP loans in a matter of weeks, this bank is not able to even provide a status update after month has passed by let alone process a loan. Go with a real bank who has an infrastructure to conduct business. It's beyond disappointing.

I have been working with the staff at this branch for almost 6 months now and it is nice to be able to call up and get help quickly. If there is an issue it can be fixed usually very quickly. If they can't, they help me get in touch with someone who can help.

Avoid KeyBank for a home loan. We were given a closing date weeks in advance and all parties completed their jobs in a timely & professional fashion EXCEPT KeyBank who failed miserably in their duties. Their failure to meet the agreed upon timelines caused our family & friends to lose both time (time off to move) and money (movers and rental van scheduled). Unacceptable.

I have banked for years and have never dealt with a more unprofessional person than the branch manager Joe (if he is still there). Due to his actions I never received my bonus for opening a checking account. I learned my lesson and now use an institution up the street - there are choices in banks, so avoid this branch.
