Great music paired with fun but simple to learn dance routines that change frequently to keep things lively! Variations for harder moves are demonstrated to accommodate all ages and levels of fitness. Aerobics, balance, and strength moves all rolled into one hour that goes by surprisingly fast. Rhonda and her team have created a supportive and friendly community of women (and a few men), that encouraged even a former non-exerciser like me into the habit. I highly recommend this well-organized Jazzercise group!

Jazzercise is the best of all worlds. Exercising/dancing at your own level, increasing the intensity when you want, great music!!, good surroundings, fun people, good schedules, and constant variety (sounds like an oxymoron). I recommend it to anyone at any level. The instructors are helpful and knowledgeable about the movements and body mechanics, while still being fun! Dance on!!

Joining Jazzercise was the best decision I ever made for my strength, fitness and general health.and well being. That was 16 years ago. Over time, that regular dose of dancing, exercise and laughter has stabilized my weight, strengthened the muscles of my whole body, improved my flexibility and balance and has given me the confidence to try new physical activities including dancing tango in stiletto heels. Since retirement, I've been Jazzercising every day and feeling even better for it. It's a life changer!

This is actually Sue Ann. I love Jazzercise! The Outlet Mall Studio is awesome because of the instructors-they are all great. The friends at the studio are so friendly, & Rhonda has added live-streaming so I can dance at home! There is a mix of cardio & strength training-I never liked excercising before but dancing with Jazzercise is fun & it works!

I tried Jazzercise for the first time 30 years ago. That day I went home after class, walked straight to my phone, cancelled my gym membership and never looked back. SO. MUCH. FUN.

I’ve been a Jazzerciser off and on for 30 years! It’s a great workout that’s effective and fun. The Boise outlet facility has wonderful instructors and a great group of welcoming dancers. You don’t need to be marathon ready to start, just come on out and get moving!

Jazzercise has been around for over 50 years, so they know how to get you fit, help you lose weight, and keep you sane! The program is extremely professional with all kinds of specialists in the fitness industry including choreography and physiology. They will never teach you something that is unsafe for your body to do.This jazzercise center is awesome. The instructors are excellent and they know how to make you feel welcome. This is my happy place! Even in a pandemic they made it work. You have so much fun you forget you are exercising ,and when was the last time that happened?! Give it a try, you deserve it

Jazzercise makes exercise fun! The music and dancing is a total mood booster. I’m so thankful to the friend who introduced me to it over 10 years ago now, as it has changed my life for the better. I told my husband I can move anywhere and do anything, as long as I can Jazzercise. It’s the one thing I truly cannot live without!

Jazzercise is the most complete workout. Cardio, stretching and weight training. I love it. The instructors are fabulous and the energy is out of this world. The friends and relationships are lifelong. I am most grateful I started Jazzercise 20 years ago and still going.

I am so happy I found this group. I was looking for a place to go regularly to get in shape and have fun so I figured I would give it a try. I was hooked day one. The routines are challenging and fun. Music is current and inspiring.Not only is the workout great, but the environment is welcoming and I look forward to seeing the familiar faces.Rhonda runs this group and does it amazingly well. She is adorable and her positive energy makes you look forward to going to class. In the beginning, I had several questions and she responded immediately and I've never had any issues signing up for class.This Jazzercise group meets in a big bright space at the Boise Outlet Mall. It's easy to get to and parking is plentiful.If you are looking to get in shape, burn some calories and have fun, you can't go wrong. Just try one class and I promise it won't be your last.?

I have been coming here for years! The instructors are all wonderful, and they lead the classes well. Very professional. They are all so friendly! They tell us about their life, and they make jokes while we dance- helping us forget we’re actually working out. All the people that come to class are soooo welcoming. It’s like a family! All ages and all levels. It is so much fun! I smile the whole time I’m there, and I get a great workout!!! Jazzercise is still alive and well. Try it! You will be hooked.
