I do thank the employee who I picked my order from. She was good, quickly handed over my order and fitted to my needs. But that guy who processed my order, you’re a zero star. Complete dork, moron on the tablet and made me feel like I’m the idiot for not knowing the item he sells. all item numbers were given and I had to find it for him. So bad. I’ll never be back.

Chris and Marci were so helpful and great. The process of picking out an engagement ring was so easy and we left with exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend coming to Jared for any jewelry needs you have. You can make an appointment online beforehand as well to be sure you’re getting the help you need at a time that works for you!

Melissa was so helpful on our special day!! My now fiancee proposed to me at dinner and said it was a perfect day on his birthday to ask me to marry him so we decided to "Go to Jared"..... And it was not a disappointment!! They asked us why we were in and made us feel special the entire time with patience and kindness trying to find the perfect ring... Such a beautiful day... Called in to ask some questions. Whoever answers the phone seemed in a hurry and very annoyed. Immediately took my business elsewhere lol. Looking for a jeweler who's patient and willing to work with me.

Very pleasant experience. We started out not knowing exactly what we wanted. Marcie showed us a few examples, listened to our feedback and helped us to find exactly what we both wanted. No pressure, answered all the questions. Great customer experience.

Bought my wedding ring less than a year ago with full warranty and regular cleaning.the main stone fell out and they siad they wouldent do anything and I would have to pay to get it replaced.

I went to Jared to have my wife's wedding ring cleaned, the crown replaced; I was told that one of the other small diamonds was cracked and needed to be replaced and a small diamond added that was lost. I was told that the cost to add the diamond was $499. The cost to replace the crown was also $499. Ridiculous!!!I then went to my local Jeweler in Star and was amazed at what I found out. There was no cracked smaller diamond, and the total to replace the crown as well as the small diamond added was only $265. The ring looks incredible, Rachel did a great job and I love my Star jeweler. I would NEVER shop at Jared again.
