Jacksons Food Stores is a gas station and convenience store located in Boise. It is an older, smaller location but offers many great products, including lots of spicy hot flavored snacks. The employees are generally friendly and provide excellent service, with one attendant famously helping a customer in need. It is a frequent stop for people commuting between home and work. However, a customer recently reported a significant problem with the gas pumps. An attempt to use rewards caused the pump to freeze and place a $100 authorization hold on their account. The employee contacted was unhelpful, blaming the pump and stating they could not see the transaction, leaving the customer to wait 24 to 48 hours for the bank hold to clear. This incident contrasts with otherwise positive experiences, as the customer had used the station frequently without prior issues.

Litterally getting gas with a tear in my eye becaue the nicest attendant payed my gas to get home! I live 2 hours away!Thank you man! I hope you read this and know that your my hero!!!! Thank you!! ???? I'll pay it forward!!
