Really racist I jus had the worst experience I just called the corporate office no answer just emailed them so we will see if they get back but it’s all on camera and voice record as well how Sara and Allen the GM was talking to me told me not to come back because I asked Allen if he could re print my lottery ticket because he in put numbers incorrectly and he said he doesn’t have to take the time and so this . This was exact word and his manger Sara got smart with me and told me not to come back “ Go to the other Jackson’s down the street “ like really I used to work there and I quit and now every time I go in there it’s a rude attitude I get it’s jus unpleasant

For the most part, a decent staff and friendly service, however a man who frequents with what he claims are service dogs disrupts the convenience of the store. He leaves them unattended, windows down and in his vehicle as he allows them to bark at passer by people. This, a pit bull and German Shepard, no service dog vests worn. I've complained to the manager as well as called the District office here in Boise and reported an incident where his dog lunged from the window as I passed by. No response and the man with his dogs still is there frequently. At times the man with one of his dogs is behind the counter and he doesn't work there. I have pictures of all this, to include him yelling at me holding one of his dogs in front of the store after I kindly asked who's dog was out side that frightened me. Absolute disregard for safety. What a shame! If you don't fear being bit by a dog or dealing with a local who seems to have taken residence there, go for it. For any employee who sees this, or the owner, I'd love to share pictures of the man, him behind the counter and his dogs unattended in his vehicle. I went into the Jackson's this eve to find the man with his dogs.
