Got gas and bought a car wash 8/29 The left dryer in the car wash was broke. I went inside to let the clerk know, her response was We know. We've been trying to fix it the last 3 days. K so I said I think a sign would be nice, I wouldn't
of gotten one, had I known. Her reply I told the manager to but she doesn't want to. Great way to run a business! Won't be back.

I have over five thousand dashes.... Probably thirty five hundred this side of town.
The store is always very clean.
Very friendly.
It is a nightly stop.
It's just a great place to walk around your vehicle wash windshields.
The pumps are kept as good as the store.
The overnight woman Leslie is the absolute best
She is patient and kind and and willing to entertain multiple people hanging around Doing a little rest n relaxation.
She does everything she can to make sure as many people as possible Have a pleasurable experience.
She truly,
Goes the extra mile.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst gas station i have ever been in and worked for. Managers are unprofessional and hateful. This store needs Allen back to whip this place back into shape. Kernsa is not only the worst store manager I've ever met but also the worst boss I've ever had or met. Corporate should do an investigation on Kernsa and how she operates her store. Because I promise laziness is not something corporate would want to see in their managers or employees.

I already heard this, unfortunately with the wrong store, but the first thing that the clerk said to me when I walked up to the counter as whether or not I wanted cigarettes I said no he then proceeded to tell me but they're pretty good. If I wanted cigarettes I would ask for cigarettes I don't need to have cigarettes pushed on me and I certainly hope this isn't what you consider to be appropriate because I'm certainly never going to shop at that store as long as that clerk is there.

UPDATE to previous review: Well, apparently someone at Jackson's corporate does pay attention to complaints, because the day after I posted my one-star review and submitted a complaint to them, I got a call from the manager of this Extra Mile location.He told me that the decision to refuse exchange was not correct, and was not made by him as he was not there yesterday. He asked me to come in and that he would remedy the situation.I have changed my review to five stars because companies that pay attention to their customers are worth the patronage. Thanks, Jacksons.

I just went through their carwash, it scratched up my car super bad. When I called to see what they could do for me I kept getting hung up on. If you value your paint job I wouldnt go through this car wash.
