This store just felt better than the rest, we didn't feel ganged up on by a bunch of hovering employees, there were no surprises when it came time to pay, the transfer of phones was super smooth. Definitely by far, the best in store experience we have ever had with tmobile. We will be coming here every time now. I will say it helps to do your research before you go to the store so you know what you want and what benefits you get depending on what you go with.”

“First let me say T-Mobile service is great. We had Verizon and they were getting too pricey. While in Boise in August, we thought we would check out T-Mobile to see if they had a good promotion. Our daughter has T-Mobile and likes it. We were happy to learn they did have some promotions we were interested in. The manager is awesome and I’m sure it’s a mistake, but this mistake is costing us a lot. We were told that I could get the iPhone 14 Pro Max on them, (like Verizon) if I signed the contract. My husband got one of their free phones as well but not an iPhone. I traded my iPhone 13. We have been fighting this every month since then because the bill is stupid high. They tell me it will be straightened out and the promotions will go thru the next month, over and over. I finally got thru to a supervisor and was told that I am being charged nearly $46 every month for my phone and that the promotion I was told I was getting expired in APRIL! As most people are, we live on a tight budget. We were looking for a phone service not as expensive as Verizon, so why would I have ever agreed to pay $46 a month extra? We also are being charged for screen protectors which we did get but were told they were like $40 but weren’t told they would be a monthly payment as well. And we declined the protection plan but have been charged $18 a month per phone. I was so excited our monthly bill was going to be perfect I repeatedly asked if he was sure. We were so happy we took our granddaughter back a few days later and got her a phone line. The supervisor at 611 said there was nothing he could do, but I could file a complaint with the store. So, this is my first step. I could go back to Verizon, but we really like T-Mobile. We drove from Idaho to Oklahoma and it was perfect service. We got the $50 a month plan and our bill should never be nearly $300. The employees there are super friendly and professional, we were just given wrong promotional information.”

“As the Virtualization/UCS Engineer for a state agency with a full cage of gear at this location, I can say nothing but great words of encouragement for this new company and location. In my time of managing a private on prem cloud stack here, the power and environmentals have been rock solid. No issues at all with clean power delivery or temperature fluctuations. BGP multi-homed blended bandwidth is solid with great performance many upstream T1 and T2 providers and peers. Both sales staff and engineering staff have been responsive to requests for additional power delivery and new circuit cross connects. Very accommodating to needs for intensive re-structuring of architecture for technology cycle adaptation. Tonquint maintains a very clean data center with a well thought out presentation for long term colocation. If you got top dollar and don't care about costs.... Move into Switch in Vegas. But if you want the best you can get when your dollars count, Call VJ in the sales team at Tonaquint DC Boise.”

“This is a non bias review of One Wireless World. I also was one of the people that was a part of the one time payment of I think it was $300 to get a sim card for a couple years. I was very excited about the probability of making one payment and having phone service for the next couple years. I like so many other people here was a little frustrated at the fact that this changed along the way. I looked at it as something that was really too good to be true, but took a chance on it anyway. When they came back and stated the terms changed I was disappointed to say the least, but again really, one payment for 3 to 5 years of service (Really?).The company came out and explained in great details about what happened and why the change took place and offered a different service to whomever wanted to move forward with the service. I don't know, maybe I am such a patient guy and completely understood what was being laid out to the community. So, I stuck with them and moved on with the service they offered.I received my new sim card got it all set up, yes it took a day or two(as I remember), and started the service.My service with this company started in October 16, 2019 and it is now June 2022 and I have had nothing but great phone service and in areas where other companies provider services didn't work.I totally understand when a new company is setting thing up, and getting started things change and it may take some time to get everything smoothed out. Its been almost 3 years of phone service at a decent price and with very little to no interruptions in service during my time with the company, and I have not had to speak with customer service about any problems since being with them. So, if there are no other satisfied customers out there and everyone is bashing the company. I am going to be that one customer that will say they did exactly and are still doing great a providing phone service to me. I hope this wasn't too long, I just wanted to share my experience.”

“I'm not sure if this is the right location if not, I would appreciate it if the manager of this location would locate Dan by his employee ID. to pass along his 5 Star Yelp Review to his supervisor or manager "Thank you" Dan - Employee ID AC19173 stated he works remote for the State of Idaho. Dan really exceeded my expectations in every category. Professionalism A+ communication A+ Dan is great at his job and seems to love what he does by his approach dealing with me today as I was very upset!! I called Century Link, the first call I kept requesting to speak with a supervisor BUT the rep refused to transfer my call, after 25 minutes she hung up on me !!!! her name was Nathelia !!!!!! (Not sure the spelling of her name) My issue I live in Las Vegas, Nevada I received an email stating I owe $517.82 for services that were disconnected in Alamosa Colorado, I confirmed with my son his internet is active plus he provided me a screen shot of a payment made in June to CenturyLink. I was furious thinking Century Link was double dipping two people for the same address. I had the Better Business Bureau website up to file a complaint. once I explained my situation to Dan. November 2021 i called to get a quote for my son who resides in Colorado, if Christopher (my son) has to pay a deposit due to his credit, I don't mind setting up the account under my name, when Christopher gets off of work later that evening, he will call Century Link to set up an account, if need be they can call me on a 3way call, if I need to put the account under my name. The supervisor I spoke to that day confirmed no account will be set up until Christopher calls CenturyLink. The supervisor took it upon himself and created an account under my name without my approval, not only that he put the street number incorrect. After Dan confirmed my son Christopher has an active account plus the account set up under my name was set up incorrectly. CenturyLink credited the past due balance of $517.82, Century Link will update the credit bureaus! Dan should be promoted to the escalation department by the way he presented himself as I was furious with the previous rep hanging up on me and thinking CenturyLink was double dipping on the same address.
