“I just switched from T-Mobile to Verizon yesterday and it’s been a mess. Issues with transfer pins and phone numbers and all kinds of things. I ended up needing to go into T-Mobile tonight to have them help me fix the transfer, and they went above and beyond for me, even though I was leaving their service. Eddy and Todd were both so helpful and although I just switched to another carrier, if I decide to go back to T-Mobile, it will be at this store because of Eddy and his team. I’m highly impressed with their commitment to service.”

“My wife and I went there a couple of weeks ago to trade in our two year old phones for two newer ones. Sophia helped us and couldn't have been more helpful, professional or nicer. Sophia took care of us and it was amazing to watch her fingers fly over that tiny keyboard as she fixed our T-Mobile logons and facilitated our tradeins and explained our new perks. She didn't rush us old codgers and treated us well and never seemed like she had some other things to do. I even went back to buy a case a week later because the service and help was so good. Thank you. This is now our favorite store for all our phone needs”

“The Sparklight technician Rodney was extraordinary! we were struggling with getting our modem to connect and Rodney stopped by and discovered the bigger issue was that 3 out of 4 of our outlets were active and all had loose connections. He was able to figure out the issue by finding what direction the cables were going (upwards) and found that the splitter connections were in our crawl space. He swiftly determined which outlet would give us the best connection and unactivated the others for a faster connection! He was thorough and determined. Rodney is the definition of dedicated as we were his last stop before going home.”

“So, the store and everyone else at this establishment is pretty great, and when I finally got assistance It went well. However, initially when I went into the store, I was greeted by this employee named "Taylor", at first they were very kind and asked relevant questions about my inquiry, but things quickly took a turn. Instead of actually providing a solution to my issue, I was instead faced with offers and strategies and loopholes to try and get me to buy another product, which was not at all what I wanted. I kept declining said offers, and they seemed to get very upset, and proceeded to walk or should I say "stomp" away angrily. I can only assume it's because I didn't give in to what was being offered. I was left at the desk as other associates were assisting other customers. When Taylor did finally return, they said they would no longer assist me, and that there are other customers waiting in line. I as a customer do not appreciate this kind of behavior, and think that this should for sure be looked in to.”

“We have been T-Mobile customers for over 20yrs. We have lived in several different states throughout that time and my experience today absolutely floored me. Everyone at this particular location was friendly and attentive. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in and welcomed. Our wait time wasn't long at all despite it being very busy. My replacement phone arrived and Meli made the exchange painless, I feel like the older I get the less patience I have and she did everything for me and did not once seem distracted or irritated which was my previous experience with many other locations. I'm definitely going to be only going to this location in the future. Thank you Meli for being so patient and helpful to this cranky old lady today. In case I need to mention it was the Boise, Idaho Federal Way location.”

“This is a non bias review of One Wireless World. I also was one of the people that was a part of the one time payment of I think it was $300 to get a sim card for a couple years. I was very excited about the probability of making one payment and having phone service for the next couple years. I like so many other people here was a little frustrated at the fact that this changed along the way. I looked at it as something that was really too good to be true, but took a chance on it anyway. When they came back and stated the terms changed I was disappointed to say the least, but again really, one payment for 3 to 5 years of service (Really?).The company came out and explained in great details about what happened and why the change took place and offered a different service to whomever wanted to move forward with the service. I don't know, maybe I am such a patient guy and completely understood what was being laid out to the community. So, I stuck with them and moved on with the service they offered.I received my new sim card got it all set up, yes it took a day or two(as I remember), and started the service.My service with this company started in October 16, 2019 and it is now June 2022 and I have had nothing but great phone service and in areas where other companies provider services didn't work.I totally understand when a new company is setting thing up, and getting started things change and it may take some time to get everything smoothed out. Its been almost 3 years of phone service at a decent price and with very little to no interruptions in service during my time with the company, and I have not had to speak with customer service about any problems since being with them. So, if there are no other satisfied customers out there and everyone is bashing the company. I am going to be that one customer that will say they did exactly and are still doing great a providing phone service to me. I hope this wasn't too long, I just wanted to share my experience.”

“I'm not sure if this is the right location if not, I would appreciate it if the manager of this location would locate Dan by his employee ID. to pass along his 5 Star Yelp Review to his supervisor or manager "Thank you" Dan - Employee ID AC19173 stated he works remote for the State of Idaho. Dan really exceeded my expectations in every category. Professionalism A+ communication A+ Dan is great at his job and seems to love what he does by his approach dealing with me today as I was very upset!! I called Century Link, the first call I kept requesting to speak with a supervisor BUT the rep refused to transfer my call, after 25 minutes she hung up on me !!!! her name was Nathelia !!!!!! (Not sure the spelling of her name) My issue I live in Las Vegas, Nevada I received an email stating I owe $517.82 for services that were disconnected in Alamosa Colorado, I confirmed with my son his internet is active plus he provided me a screen shot of a payment made in June to CenturyLink. I was furious thinking Century Link was double dipping two people for the same address. I had the Better Business Bureau website up to file a complaint. once I explained my situation to Dan. November 2021 i called to get a quote for my son who resides in Colorado, if Christopher (my son) has to pay a deposit due to his credit, I don't mind setting up the account under my name, when Christopher gets off of work later that evening, he will call Century Link to set up an account, if need be they can call me on a 3way call, if I need to put the account under my name. The supervisor I spoke to that day confirmed no account will be set up until Christopher calls CenturyLink. The supervisor took it upon himself and created an account under my name without my approval, not only that he put the street number incorrect. After Dan confirmed my son Christopher has an active account plus the account set up under my name was set up incorrectly. CenturyLink credited the past due balance of $517.82, Century Link will update the credit bureaus! Dan should be promoted to the escalation department by the way he presented himself as I was furious with the previous rep hanging up on me and thinking CenturyLink was double dipping on the same address.
