Everything from the service, amenities, price and room was exceptional in this class of budget hotels. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was of a greater variety than the budget places we stayed at in our journey. The price point didn't necessitate this level of accomodation, but there it is. Good stayRooms: Clean, simple. The tub didn't drain well, however.Food & drinks: Just above basic. Bagels, waffles, coffee, even breakfast sandwiches (the pre-frozen kind) were available. Fruit, cereal, coffee as well.

The website is deceptive, bordering on false. My son and i stayed here solely because because we had an early morning flight for a weekend trip. The website mentions several times that there is complimentary parking, including several long-term spaces for traveling guests, and a free airport shuttle (they use Lyft.) Apparently, the complimentary parking isn't true. When we got to the hotel late the night before our flight, the clerk informed us that we would be charged for long term parking. When I told him what the website said, he offered to cancel our room if we wanted to go to another hotel. When we returned from our trip, we called the hotel for a Lyft back to the hotel and our car. We waited and waited. We called the hotel again. Again, nothing. Eventually, my son and I walked in below freezing temps back to the hotel to get our car. Fortunately, the hotel is relatively close to the airport, and we are young enough and fit enough to do that. The hotel itself is appropriately rated as 2 star. It's nothing special and probably over priced. If your looking for a Boise hotel near the airport, there are probably other better options with real free parking and airport shuttles.

We (my husband, me and our 2 kids) stayed here on Nov. 17th for 1 night and I am so glad we chose this inn! Clean, spelled good.... That might be a weird thing to say but I truly remember thinking oh this smells good when we walked in the front and when we walked into the room. Our room was very clean, we did book the 2 beds because it was cheaper but they gave us a room with 3 beds. We were not mad lol we used all three! We could hear the people above us a little bit but not enough to be irritating. The "mini" fridge was huge!! We did stay for breakfast and the variety was awesome. They had a waffle station, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, 4-5 different cereal choices, juice, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and bagels. Overall this was an amazing experience and we will definitely be choosing this place when we come through again.

Great hotel. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. The staff was friendly. The rooms (we stayed 2 separate nights) were clean and well equipped, with outlets by the bed, fridge, well proportioned and thought-out rooms, with a good layout and sink outside of the bathroom. The hotel is minutes away from the airport and i-84. The rooms were quiet and affordable. The breakfast was much better than expected for a breakfast-included-rate and there is an outdoor pool.

Best budget friendly hotel we've found in Boise area. Room was clean with larger than normal mini fridge. Staff was great. Decent size TV with DIRECTV and HBO channels. Pools a little on the small size a bit on the chill side and maybe needs a little bottom cleaning. No jacuzzi. Free breakfast with make your own waffles, cereal and breakfast sandwiches. Pet friendly. Couldn't hear the next door neighbors at all. Close to downtown and the airport. After the nightmare stay at the budget inn on our last trip. This felt more like a pleasant dream.

Checked in very late this past Thursday, checked out early Sunday morning. We were in town for a tattoo convention so each day we got back to the room VERY late, night person had no idea what I was even talking about when I asked for a follow up. Each day I informed the front desk that the AC unit in our room was EXTREMELY loud and wasn't blowing cold and needed to be looked at, got no sleep. Friday morning, was informed someone would go look at it, received no follow up. Said something again Saturday morning after another night of no sleep, was told there are no maintenance people working on the weekends and they would call someone. Received no follow up. Said something again on Sunday morning at check out after a 3rd night of no sleep from the noise and the heat of the AC not working, was informed the AC condenser was going out and there was nothing they could do. I asked why we were not informed or moved to a different room. Was told by Christy at the front desk "I have no idea." Also informed them that the tub in our room did not drain and we had to shut the water off in between washing our hair/bodies to make sure the water didn't flood the room so we weren't able to properly take a full shower and feel clean. Main reasons people get a hotel room are to get sleep and to shower, neither of which we were able to do during our stay and no accommodations were made, we were simple told I don't know. Very unprofessional. At check out I requested a refund for at least 1 night of our stay, I was told by Christy "You will have to speak with a manager" I have called a couple times, and have been told each time that the manager is not available and now my calls are not going through leaving me to believe they have blocked my number. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Service was excellent. My only complaint is that our room only had 3 towels and 3 pillows per bed. We booked a room for 2 adults/2 kids. After using the hand towel in the shower I realized there were men's facial hairs weaved into it. Yuck.

The best service of any hotel on a ten-day vacation. Starting with the check in clerk, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had to leave for the airport at 4AM. I was leaving my room to get a cart. As I stepped out the room door I found a cart waiting right there. In a nutshell, that explains the service we got during our whole stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I couldn't hear any highway noise over the fan and TV. The bed and pillows were soft which I liked. Breakfast was simple but would have been satisfactory had we ate there. We chose to go out for breakfast before we ever came. Staff was very pleasant and helpful during check-in and checkout. It was also in a good location with quick access to anything. A working dryer would have been nice and a clean open pool.

Had high expectations going in as the front desk people were super friendly and nice, but when we got to our room that all went away pretty quickly, the blanket had stains on it, the fridge in our room smelled, and to top it off the ac unit in our room only worked half of the night.... When we woke up in the morning we tried showering and brushing our teeth and the water was off... when we asked the front desk just for a partial refund, they refused and made us feel bad for even asking for one, when our water and other things we paid for didn't even work.... Not impressed.

This is our second time staying here. We got a clean room, great breakfast and decent service for a great price. Located right by the airport but we weren't flying anywhere. The only issue I had was a minor issue which was a maintenance issue with our blinds. I told the front desk and was told that a work order would be placed ro get it fixed. The next morning, before we checked out, I went to confirm that it would be fixed and was told there was no work order but maintenance was there taking care of something else and would get him there after. I just wanted to make sure we weren't accused of breaking anything. The front desk employees were very nice. We works definitely stay here again.

GROSS!!!!! I arranged for my son to stay here after a 10 hour drive, July 3, 2022, room 129. He sent me photos of how FILTHY it was! Shoe prints in pee in front of the toilet, blood stain on comforter, multiple dirty spots on floor. PHOTOS ATTACHED! I spent a lot of time trying to find a nice hotel for him to be able to rest prior to another long driving day.I tried to call the hotel this morning and the phone only rang and rang. Not even a voicemail.GROSS!!!!!

So, here's the thing...overall, the stay was good, but I won't stay again. Maybe it was an issue on Expedia as the Expedia app indicated the room was going to be dual KING beds...instead, the beds were full sized. So, for $97 I got two full sized beds when I could have stayed at a La Quinta or Days Inn and paid the same rate for much larger beds. And the "full Size" seemed smaller than a full size, considering I have one in my guest room at home.Secondly...when arriving, no one was at the desk...no biggie, but the front desk clerk seemed annoyed that I was checking in. I didn't want to use the credit card I used to hold the room but the front desk clerk didn't even ask if the card on file was the card I wanted to use for payment. She just ran it. When I realized she ran the card, I told her I wanted to use something different and her reply was, "Well, then, why did you hold the room with this card? There's nothing I can do about it now," which isn't true...maybe thirty years ago cancelling a charge would have been difficult or time consuming but not today.Third...the room I initially had wasn't even ready. It looked as though an orgy had happened with trash all over the place; there were literal balled up and wet-looking towels on the floor and both beds were a mess and moved. I went back to the clerk and she seemed more annoyed that I wanted to change my room than actually taking care of a customer. Fourth...the hotel was HUMID...I'm not even sure the AC was on in the building. No big deal as the rooms had their own AC...just something to note. The room itself was clean...nothing to write home about, nothing to complain about. It was a place to sleep for the night. I appreciated the mattresses being in a zipped bed wrap. More hotels should do this (seriously). The stay was fine...nothing loud...It was just everything else about the hotel itself and the staff.I doubt I'll ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. For the same price I'll stay at Days Inn and have a larger bed.
