There was a circular rack of Blue 75% clothes. When I got to the check out the cashier was not understanding that I was explaining the clearance rack and told me the color of the day was purple at 25% off and I would still be charged full price for my blue tag item.

I do understand that they have to make some money on stuff that they get for free, but this is outrageous .

i don’t usually leave reviews but when i went in, i was immediately greeted with the smell of poop. like someone had unleashed a bag of farts in the store. it smelled horrible. i couldn’t even stay in for more than five minutes. i don’t know if there was an accident or something but it was real unpleasant. i’ve never had an issue with a smelly store but dear god that was bad.

I was a couple doors down. I stopped by everything here is very organized and clean. I love that they had a pet section I purchased a new bow and a few toys. There are a lot of great finds here highly recommended stopping by.

Stop by there if you go to Savers. Some good finds sometimes. However they don't test electronics so ask them at checkout to plug stuff in. I did that with a curling iron.

The Overland store is great. No place has better customer service, Nancy and Sue are the sweetest.

I am always able to find at least one thing I absolutely need, and of course dozens I would live to have.. haha. Always a wonderful selection. Thank you.

Today my aunt and I were followed by IDYR Fairview staffer "Sherry V" from her store into Savers. Staffer proceeded to confront and accuse my aunt of shoplifting an item and stated she had this ""caught on camera."" Gave a gross apology after I led her back to the case where I personally had left the allegedly shoplifted item (a $10 pink candy dish) myself. Not sure if standard procedure for stockers to have permission to pursue and verbally harass shoppers in an effort at loss prevention.

Customer service was mid, and they up charge some of the things they have worse than scalpers. For example they have a pair of color block skate lows with a pop Cush sole up charged to 96$ and a clearly used squishmallow marked up to 79.99$. RIDICULOUS. Do better youth ranch, you're a thrift store not a scalper resale shop.

Very hard to figure out just when they are open for donations. Staff at stores keep changing donation hours from what is posted on website, resulting in much wasted gas and time on my part.

I try to handle bad experience at business but I was not given a response. I tend to look and see what color tag is 50 percent off and find a lot of great deals. I had shopped over an hour one Sunday and when I went to pay I saw that the sale color was not the same as when I arrived. This had been my second time this happened and I was pretty upset with myself for not paying attention, twice. I put most of my finds back on shelves that I had thought were 50 percent off. When the clerk rang up my items I mentioned how I must be getting old and told him what I had done. I was pretty stunned when he said they had just changed the color tag a few minutes ago. While I was shopping. I asked him if I could go back and retrieve the items I had put back would he honor the previous sale color. He nicely replied that he couldn't do that. Talk about bait and switch!I get it that they change sale color on Sunday/Monday but surely would be nicer to do after business on Sunday, not while customers are shopping.I am all for supporting this charity but shouldn't it be by choice. I emailed corporate and they never responded.
