I have been with the Joplin Idaho Storage Connection location and it was the BEST MOVE! Scott and Renae are so awesome and helpful! I am not a 'seasoned' RV'r and their wisdom and kindness with their knowledge is second to none! I know my trailer is in great hand with them and I love that there is a dump site on premise.

We have been customers for years and the managers are very nice but the spaces for rvparking is way too narrow and the customers next to us are so close we cannot open the access doors or the interior door of our fifthwheel until it is pulled out, nor can we access any exterior compartments that house some of the controls, this is a problem we are noticing that some of the other storage facilities also have. Too many rv's crammed into the tiny spaces do not work out for large rig's. The more spaces the more rental fees for the park but big problem for big rig customers.
