Balinda and Jerry are fantastic! Absolute gems of human beings - so kind and sweet, and also SO helpful! They made the whole process so easy. I would drive out of my way just to use their storage units!! 10/10!

I'm a customer of Idaho Storage Connection on Franklin and have been since April 2023. The staff has been exceptional to work with as well as friendly. I had an issue with the door on my unit not closing properly and the staff was there in under a minute to fix the issue. They always answer the phone whenever you call and their customer service is fantastic. Their no binding contract approach provides me the most flexibility, which is always key.
I will be a repeat customer if I ever need their storage services again. They get an A++.

From the moment we needed storage to when it was no longer needed, Idaho Storage Connection was absolutely perfect. Clean, well maintained, secure, safe, and the friendliest and also professional managers/office staff make the whole time there a true pleasure.Thank you for it all.If you have storage needs, I highly recommend Idaho Storage.

I rented a unit for my boat and parked it there. Everything was fine until they parked two long vehicles outside across from my unit. It took 15 minutes to get the boat out and would be impossible to get it back in. I had to drop everything and find a new storage unit. I moved out on the 18th expecting a prorated refund because they caused the issue. Nope they said they don’t do that. Clowns!!!

This is hands down the best storage unit rental space I have encountered. I have been with them for over 12 years and have never had an issue. They are easy to work with and I have an excellent relationship with them. I will not store with anyone else.

I am so happy to have found Idaho Storage Connection on Franklin. I have been storing my art equipment and supplies there for several years. The entire facility is SPOTLESS and well lit. The people couldn't be nicer and I always feel safe no matter what time of day I go.

Pretty nice people and ran a nice facility. Was there several years. I cam back to clean it up the last day but they had done it for me. I would recommend heartily!
