Nice hotel right in downtown Boise. Clean comfortable rooms. Free breakfast in the morning. There is a restaurant called Bistro that's open for dinner until 10 pm. Parking for a fee.

Loved this hotel. Best location. We walked everywhere. Restaurant and bar is fine but there's so many good places in walking distance you shouldn't eat or drink there. Can't wait to come back!

The location of this hotel is great. Parking is good as well. We liked the room size but it had a door to a connecting room which made it very noisy. Because the neighbours with 3 unbehaved kids liked to jump and scream until 11pm.
Breakfast was too basic compared to how the hotel looks.

They should ask for more money from their guests as this is the best hotel in Idaho. Contemporary, the best design, everything is clean, modern, and flashy and the dining options around are amazing! Hotel dining isn't that great.

I checked in at 6pm, but my room was not ready. Waited 20 minutes until I was just handed a room key. No discussion of parking passes, breakfast times, just handed me the key. Next morning, after a completely cold shower because there was no hot water, I get a $60 parking ticket because i was never offered a parking pass. My vehicle was also covered in dust and dirt from the landscapers blowing leaves and dirt directly at my truck. I paid over $300 per night for a terrible experience. It's a poorly managed hotel. Walls are thin and you can hear everyone in the hallways.

I showed up at 3pm for our 3pm check-in time and the gentleman at the front desk said our room would not be ready for another 45 minutes.
.
We had booked a premium upper-floor room with an additional sofa.
I asked if there were any other rooms available as I did not want to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot.. He said there was a standard queen room available, but I would have to pay the same for it as my premium room reservation. He would not reduce the price for the lesser room.
.
I cancelled my reservation and walked out.
.
I can understand the room not being ready, but trying to overcharge me a premium room price for a standard room is lazy, shady, sub-standard customer service.
.
If I wanted sub-standard service, there are many cheaper options in the area I could have chosen. Next time I will.
.
I had much higher expectations from the Hyatt name. Very disappointing.

Rudest front desk person I’ve ever dealt with. Her name was Kayla.

This is not a hotel with room service or other high-end services and amenities. But it deserves 5 stars for overall value. The hotel is clean and well laid out. The rooms are likewise clean and spacious. Amenities are basic, but they have a number of items at the desk should you be in need. The exercise room is decent with new equipment. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub, with heated pool deck, was clean and well-kept. The free breakfast was a nice selection and pretty good. The downtown restaurants and walking district are just a few short blocks away. Neighborhood felt safe overall. And only about 15 minutes from the airport! Finally, all staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful, even the front desk person with 10 minutes left on her overnight shift.
Considering we've paid a lot more for lesser accommodations, rude service and worn furnishings, this place was an incredible value. Definitely will stay here again when in Boise.

We switched hotels at the last minute because they had an outdoor pool! We were just here for one night, had a concert at the knitting factory. We were able to walk to and from the concert! Our flight was later in the day and Kayla at the front desk was so accommodating! We checked out of our room and were able to hang out at the pool until we needed to head to the airport! Her hospitality was top notch! We will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for our next trip to Boise. She made our stay so much more enjoyable!
Walkability: Lots of restaurants and fun things to do within walking distance.
Food and drinks: Great bar

Failed to mention the paid parking at any step of making my reservation. Bartender seemed uninterested and annoyed I was placing an order.

I requested the 5th floor for quietness. The desk person didn't finish reading my request and put me right above street construction. Construction was only on one side of the property and could have been easily avoided, but other than that, I really liked this hotel. It's decor is very new.
Nearby activities: Great restaurants in the immediate area. St. Lawrence Gridiron-BBQ, Chandler's Steak and Seafood was expensive but worth every penny! ?
Walkability: This hotel is right in the heart of downtown. It's very walkable!
