Just an f.y.i. for anyone thinking about getting their taxes done here. Let me tell you about my experience last year...the woman who did my taxes filed my taxes under someone else's social security number and it caused a world of hurt in my life. Not only would she not admit fault they kicked me out of the office for being upset (no I didn't curse or threaten anyone), I raised my voice a tiny bit but that's it. I tried reaching a manager to get ahold of the general/area manager and noone would return my calls. I never received a tax return or resolution to the issue but here's what I did get...a bunch of wierd s#*& happening to my phone when trying to access my bank account and financials. I am pretty sure that I was under investigation for a few months because of this idiots careless incompetence and carelessness. Check your work! I handed her my card directly and she entered the social security number of someone from New Mexico given that ssn in 1967!! Again, they refused to admit fault even though I have my tax return with 2 different numbers on different forms!!! If you're thinking about letting this H&R block do your taxes don't do it! I believe her name was Carolyn. Beware!!
