Great stay! Only minor complaint is that housekeeping didn't vacuum, and left a weird assortment of towels (too many bath towels and not enough washcloths,) didn't replace coffee supplies, and left things haphazard. Not bad, just odd, as if distracted or interrupted. Before our stay, staff went out of their way to accommodate some health issues I have. A lot of good communication from Kate, who made sure I was comfortable, offering solutions. We felt as if the staff genuinely cared about us as people, not just "guests".

I paid $500 a night for a room. Room itself was fine, newly renovated. But they dont serve breakfast and their market fridge "isnt working" so no food beyond candy bars is available. No water bottles either. Staff was mostly missing and when i checked in the receptionist was very busy talking with a coworker rather than getting me checked in and out of her way. Very rude and tacky. Parking was top notch. CONSTANT BOMBARDMENT through emails and texts to fill out surveys and pre-check in lists. Totally tacky, i had to block everything from them. Three texts pre check-in, 2 emails pre check in, 2 texts after check out and 2 emails post check out. For a $500 a night room, i will never go back here. I usually stay at top-notch places for work, which is a couple times a week, every week, and my normal spot was booked this specific night and I figured "why not try a new place?". Boy did i learn my lesson. Shouldve stayed at the La-Quinta instead, wouldve been a better experience by far.

Charming Boutique Hotel with Great Amenities!
We stayed at Hotel 43 in downtown Boise and absolutely loved it! This boutique hotel has beautifully decorated rooms and a really nice, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower that had great water pressure—a definite win.
They offer both valet parking and a parking garage next door. We opted for the garage, which had easy access to the hotel and a bonus: EV charging for only $1 per hour, which was super convenient.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable stay in Boise, Hotel 43 is a fantastic option!

Staff was horrible. Didn't tell us they were going to be charging us extra on top of what was already told. Don't go to this place unless you want to be scammed out of more money. Just saying.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 43 for two weeks for work and every interaction with staff has been excellent. I arrived at the Boise airport and with a simple phone call accessed their airport shuttle. I needed tech support at 1 AM and the front desk person connected me with the help I needed. Chandlers, the connected restaurant, is one of the best meals I’ve had.
The only downside of this experience is the not-great breakfast. It is not breakfast. Gas station muffins and weak coffee. Otherwise, Hotel 43 is a 10/10.
