We had an unexpected incident occur after checking in and were unable to stay the rest of the nights we had booked. The staff was extremely accommodating throughout the process and very understanding. If we ever need a hotel in Boise again, this is the only place we will stay. Great job guys.

We were in Boise for a quick overnight stay and thoroughly enjoyed our night at this property. Check in was fast and easy and Cydney was very helpful and able to accommodate our stay. The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The location is extremely convenient (walkable) to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Room and beds were spacious, comfortable and well-appointed (sheets a bit thin for my preference). Only complaint with the room is the red indicator lights on the TV/phone are annoying for sleep so I just covered with a towel. The breakfast area was clean and has a great setup and the attendants were very helpful and gracious. The breakfast options were plentiful and made the stay very convenient. Parking in the attached garage was easy and put us within steps of our room. Overall great stay and we’ll definitely look forward to staying here again!

I wish I could give this location one more star, there isn't one thing that I can think of that needed improvement. Immaculately clean rooms, plenty of helpful staff on hand at the front desk, easy parking, every square inch of this hotel looked like it was meticulously cleaned or renovated. The location is awesome and convenient to walk around downtown or leave and drive elsewhere without fighting traffic. This is the first Hilton I've stayed at that I couldn't find one thing to nitpick, too bad all the Hiltons aren't as well ran as this one.

Great hotel with a newer feel. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of room to do work, desk chair was comfortable. Climate control worked great.

I like all the Home2 Suites Hilton hotels, but this one was special for many reasons, including the friendly staff, especially Willow. She was so nice, friendly, professional, and great with my little one. In addition, the swimming pool was fabulous, and my kids had a wonderful time. The food is another story. You will fill your morning empty stomach with delicious hot food that can meet everyone's expectations?. The room is clean, and the one we had was really big and great for my family size with a great little kitchenette that made our stay a plus. The parking is great and you can directly enter to your room from any floor, but the price is not included with the room. You have to pay per hour or $17 per night. I should visit again sometime in the future. Thanks, Willow, and the staff. Keep up the great work.

My family now always books with Home2 Suites because they service is always amazing. We always get the 2 queen beds and pull out couch. The rooms are always clean and if we need anything we are quick to get it. The free breakfast is good and me and my brothers always make time to go to the pools at least once every trip.Rooms: A lot of their hotels, and especially this one, the room was quite roomy and still very neatly kept.Food & drinks: They do free breakfast in the morning, they also have a little convenience store, always by their customer service desk, that offers a variety of things to eat and drink

We love staying here when we come for Wintry Market every year. Our daughter loves to play in the pool & see the whale. Brandon (the assistant manager) always goes above & beyond to make sure we are comfortable. See you next year!

I feel like I live out of hotels sometimes. I travel frequently for work and I've stayed in quite a few different locations. Home2 Suites will absolutely be at the top of my list from now on.There is nothing worse than getting back to the hotel after a long day and only being able to lounge on the bed in a dimly lit cramped room.But at Home2 Suites you can lounge on a couch! Just like at home! And the water didn't taste bad either!I call that a win win.Rooms: The couch was comfy and the bed doubly so!Walkability: Easy to walk around Downtown Boise from here.

This place was so nice. I was not expecting everything to be so modern and upscale. Extremely spacious rooms, excellently furnished --it even had a Humanscale office chair. Super convenient parking garage.

Great location very attentive staff. Further more giving a 5 star ? the night staff and Sydney on morning shift helped me with a refund. We checked in and then right away had to cancel due to family emergency. Staff went above and beyond to be understanding and issued a full refund. This tells me they care about there customers.Its nice to know there are still good people and companies who aren't just out to take your money and run but actually are fair and understanding. This goes along way with me when choosing a hotel. Customer service is key and this company and location will retain my business for years to come.Thank you.

Great hotel in downtown Boise. Really nice location near downtown, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We had a housekeeping issue, but staff was quick to apologize and work to correct it after the fact. Would recommend staying here your next time in Boise.

Amazing stay! Family & pet friendly. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.Awesome location right in the city walking distance to shops, eateries, and bars.Clean, very spacious rooms with a kitchenette that comes w/ a larger sized fridge/freezer & dishwasher. Also comes w/ plates, bowls, mugs, cups, utensils and other basic kitchen utensils. A bigger garbage can which was a big hit (most hotel garbage cans are tiny).The bed and pillows are soft and comfortable.We got a joining room which made it super convenient for older teens to have their own space while still being connected to freely walk from room to room.24 hour fitness center w/ a decent variety of workout equipment.Washer & dryers available onsite.Parking was also very convenient and close to rooms.The only complaint is that the breakfast was very underwhelming compared to even a Hampton Inn. Luckily, there are a number of options for coffee shops/breakfast food nearby just a few steps away.Safe & clean location. Such a neat town town and beautiful to walk at night. Will definitely be visiting Boise again and staying at this hotel!Rooms: Rooms were very spacious and clean and awesome amenities.Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable.Nearby activities: Across the street (kitty corner) from Chipotle’s, Panda Express, & Trader Joe’s. Lots of other eateries & bars within 1-5 blocks) that are open late on the weekends. Very cool/party type vibe. We enjoyed the town very much. Both in the day and at night.The capitol building is just up a few blocks and was so pretty to walk to at night.Safety: It was refreshing to see Boise so clean and safe. No issues with homeless/drug use while walking the streets. We thought we originally reserved a room at another nearby hotel. We were a little disappointed when we realized it wasn’t the hotel we originally planned for. But surprisingly this hotel was amazing. It’s very family friendly - has a great pool with a splash pad and swimming area. Adults might be disappointed there isn’t a hot tub but we were happy without it. Continental breakfast was great and filling, great parking, good central location, and friendly and helpful staff. We’d come back for sure!
